I think it's kind of funny that for the protagonists in VA, selling drugs (particularly to children but also in general) is like a huge moral issue for them with it being Bruno's main deal that first gets him to feel betrayed by the Boss and (in PHF) characters go on spiels about how Drugs Bad. Meanwhile Diavolo himself never even says a word about his operation of the drug trade nor ever finds out that's what they were taking issue with before the whole "trying to kill his daughter" thing.
