About Maria: (by @averiesmiles) Much like Sonic, she has a strong sense of justice and is always eager to bust up Eggman’s badniks any day! Unfortunately her other dad Shadow isn’t very approving of this, especially since she will often take Tails’ son Techie the fox with her on her adventures and potentially put them both in danger. While she may not have super-speed like her fathers, or have super-intelligence like Techie, she is the heart of all the other fankids (in my au) and holds them together like glue.

About Vel: (by @sonicnewschannel) Vel is a professional Extreme Gear Racer! She loved the feeling of wind in her hair as a kid whenever her dad (Sonic) would run around with her, but she wasn't born with super speed, so instead she turned to Extreme Gear. Now, she's a professional, and a staple in the community! Her papa (Antoine) gets concerned easily about her, but he knows she can take care of herself. She doesn't handle surprises well, and likes to plan for any situation she can think of!

Finally made some art of my knuxouge fankid, Amber the Bat! Trained by her father in the ways of the echidna warrior, Amber the Bat is a formidable foe to anyone who dares cross her. Amber also was gifted with her mother’s good looks, but unfortunately she’s oblivious to most attempts others have when trying to flirt with her.

I need to stop making so many fankids I've only ever drawn 2 of them and I keep making more. When I first made my fankid AU I originally had 3 but now I have 8 and a potential ninth but I'm trying really hard not to think about the ninth because if I do then I'll want to add her to the au.

artists will see someone's art they really enjoy and then get super inspired to do something similar (im artists)
