I believe all of the Angels are not created the same or else we have more than 12/18 angels in our multiverse.

I was thinking one tree produces different generations of angels for different multiverse, and there are nine in total planted and created by Daishinkan.

The Second Angelic Tree Example

For example, the second angelic tree produces angels are assigned with a special class of Kais in a multiverse (I call it Multiverse 2) that produces souls for all of the multiverse bodies to enter when they are a fetus/inside an egg during their development before they are born/hatched for example. Yes, the souls to enter about to exist bodies in development for all Multiverses, not just Multiverse 2. This is because I don't believe the Supreme Kais and the Kais in our universe have time or capability to produce souls in their universe whilst doing their duty of watching the living world and the afterlife. Can you imagine how many people are born in one universe at the same day? Crazy, right? These angels act as an attendant to these Kais, to take care of their needs, to make sure everything runs well and to heal and report any troubles/acts like spies for the Daishinkan. These angels get very little of Zeno's power, and they don't have the ability to do hakai. This is a precaution so they don't accidentally do hakai some of the souls.

Our DBS Angels We Know (and love hehe!)

For DBS Angels, they are from the Angels from the 7th Angelic Tree that received the most of Zeno-sama's power so far, same with Daishinkan which they are able to do hakai effectively and other techniques.

Every Angelic Tree is still growing some cosmic angelic hatchling and never stopped but it is a very slow progress. But it got this feature in case it replaces any erased angels or any angels had fallen or needed to be retrained with new angels taking over a role/duty.

I hope this answer helps a bit. I am still thinking about this part as well in terms of the development, it is still in the development stage. I am currently debating if Merus was from the 7th Angelic Tree or the 8th Angelic Tree, I am still deciding.

My favourite part is how you drew Fox!Liquiir (he is so much cute) and Korn's face also killed me. Every angel's face killed me except Cukatail which I found his face to be adorable.

Lol It would be a lot funnier if angels were clowns in terms of making fun of universes.

They don't care who their god of destruction used to be, they will still teach them.

So the giant furry gods of destruction could have been regular stray animals that the angels found and, under the pretense of caring for them, decided to make them into fucking pokemon

I had a headcanon that Mosco/Mule suffered from selective mutism, being around nature causes a freeze response from him and he was unable to speak to anyone, even to his angel who wasn’t Campari. This was when Mosco was still new being god of destruction, his relations and communication to Eyre was non existent as Mosco didn’t speak and refuse to do whilst being in robot suit he made.

The Angel Chicha (after Chicha de Jora) after some time considered the potential of the destroyer and the universe and asks the Grand Minister for them to step down from their occupation citing incompetence and incompatibility. I’m still thinking for this part but eventually the Grand Minister agreed and Chicha returned to the angel realm. Campari became the new angel for universe 3. Grand Minister from Chicha’s notes thought Campari will be compatible enough with Mosco’s personality as well knowing how to guide him as a guide Angel.

It took some time and a new robot suit that Mosco spoke and opened up to Campari after many years of signing which Campari taught without Mosco needed to speak. Mosco felt less anxious and reached the point he can speak to Campari.

They learned the best way to communicate to each other is the beeps due to Campari being around him a lot, he can understand it just fine. Campari understood how Mosco possess above average intelligence and perception. Using Campari as a translator, Mosco and Eyre for the first time was able to communicate and created their vision for robotic/futuristic universe together.

When it was time for meetings or what activity to entertain Zeno-sama, which required Mosco to speak, he was mostly silent for few of them until he come up with an idea for Campari to translate his beeps as well and he used his mind to think he is talking to Campari as he won’t shut down when he is talking to Campari technically. Generally due to that method, he is able to speak during those events, with sometimes Campari can speak on his behalf, making him feeling grateful for Campari’s efforts in guiding him well.

I think that Iwen and Agu would be an adorable couple. I ship it. I have no explanation but that, oh well
