Trying To Do Something For Someone But I Can't Get The Shading Or The Areas Around The Books Right. I

Trying to do something for someone but I can't get the shading or the areas around the books right. I wanted something like this but with some sorta RTX on stuff. Maybe shaders? And 3d books? I'm not good with it much but when I have to shade I can't :(

I was hoping to make it look like the yellow book was sticking out but alas I cannot.

Putting this together was exactly like a puzzle and it was very enjoyable for some reason....

I've been taking breaks and trying to work on making some Cirus of Flames drawings for the comic cuz I've been slacking
