Sooooo henna has a bestie and her name literally means Dawn Dusk Evening. She performs as a magician who dresses as Mr. eclipse!
So I've been considering that after the train gets totalled and Ruth has to put the business on hold he kinda just goes into this depressive self sabatoging state on himself and Jack ends up taking the reins on everything after "redeeming" himself. Had he not been brought with to the hotel with the rest of the group he probably would have been on the cliff fighting for his life or slowly falling off of it during Kano's outrage which would've killed him. Luckily Bioshock cared enough about him that Ruth decided taking him with would be the only thing they could do to keep out of Kano's way. Which makes the Gang Jack is a part of(for Kano)eventually make up a plan to figure out where He went in hopes they would get some authority back in their base. They send Oxy to go find him and basically at the end of it they end up "adopting" Skull and helping her through her toughest days since Ruth is in no shape to care. Their parents are aware of this and are fine with them taking her to do things as long as she's safe and doesn't get into any trouble! Which Jack(who's filling in for Ruth) makes sure never happens! :D
(Her parents aren't as aware of her issues as much as Ruth or Jack are)
Ruth sat down on the large beat up wall to think for a while. Lost in his thoughts; the sound of thunder caught his attention and He looked up to see the clouds were a heavy grey color. It was oddly comforting to him to hear the sounds of magic fire beating and fighting against the cold, soft, rain while he sat. He listened for the wind to howl before whistling along with. The rustling trees adding to the symphony of sounds during the storm. Thinking of his family and the crew only made him smile as countless memories rushed through his head. Many people considered him odd for letting the blue fire magic he uses to keep himself noticeable waste away in the rain, but to him it was somewhat calming. They'll understand someday...right?

Alright so here's the idea for this one. Kano and Bioshock's roles get switched in this one. Interesting concept as Bioshock is usually the underdog looking for money in a place he shouldn't be in. HOWEVER! if roles are switched a funny imbalance in power happens. Tired of being treated like dirt; Bioshock goes off and finds other ways to make ends meet behind Kano's back. Eventually coming across forbidden magic techniques and other things that mages aren't supposed to learn (for their safety) he comes back and tests his new identity on Kano. Now Kano, being beat(shockingly), he runs off in search of Ruth(cue the whole chasing the Flamesmoore Circus train backstory) to ask for assistance in this imbalance of power. Bioshock eventually forces BlackJack to follow in his steps and be his assistant to getting into the Eye of the Psychic. This whole ordeal sets off a thing where like in the original story, both Ruth and Kano go back in time to find Henna(except it might be Bioshock this time) to get help on why this all happened. This could also cause some cool time loop sequences or something so yall should have fun with this if you want to go haywire once I finally get my point across for the original story(ies)

As I've said before... Henna and Alka never had the healthiest relationship during their time together. The moment that she got the chance; Henna kicked out Alka and kept their daughter Mara. But before any of that happened she had to endure mental abuse from him. It started out with him managing her time for when they had performances with the Circus all the way to not giving her any time to visit family or friends. It only went downhill from there. Well at least....until Mara was born anyways.

There was one night where they managed to stay mostly civil torwards each other because they were both drunk. Just coming home from a party that they had attended at the bar together to which they both mostly paid for. It was a reminder for one of the first times they had met which was back when they had turned old enough to drink. Henna sitting at the bar and Alka was present just about anywhere there was a deal to be made for business. He really did use his family name as his reputation. After the second bar party(which was the one I'm talking about now. When they're older.) they went home and indulged more in drinking. Ending up so shit faced that they romantically tolerated each other. Tada. That's how Mara came to be. Henna wasn't fully conscious to make the decision on whether the magic was going to birth Mara or if she was going to take the long way so it defaulted to the long way.(aka something similar to human birth but not really. Its hard to explain with just words but its not at all how you think it is) but yeah.
