Okay, so, I totally imagine my warlock Bubo trying to figure out how the heck queensfoil is made. Of course, she can't just ask for the recipe, so she ends up reading some notes from different lightbearers who've tried in the past to brew it (like Toland). She tries different brews, none working until she finds one in the hidden archives. She attempts it and accidentally becomes ascendant in her apartment in the city and even worse, she gets thrown into the ascendant plane. Whoops. She's totally lost and spends like a week there. Toland finds her (because he stalks the YW everywhere) and helps her get out. When she gets out Tripore is super upset because he's been looking everywhere for her, but eventually calms down when he knows she's alright. But the hidden got wind of this of course, and it gets back to Rey, and Ikora isn't happy that Bubo didn't really plan this out well (especially brewing it in the middle of a residential district????), buuuuut she let's it slide cause she's been trying to figure out queensfoil too. So yeah, Bubo would def get lost in the Ascendant Plane.

I really really hope we get a conversation like this in Final Shape. I can see Cayde being like this. Upset, yes, but not taking it out on Crow. Telling Crow to be a better hunter (and btw, you're hunter vanguard now).
