-He knew. He knew when you woke up that morning not as affectionate or loving. He knew, when the past couple of days seemed extremely hard for you too get out of bed. He knew when he looked in your eyes and he saw the same yearning for death that stared back at him in his reflection.

-You didn't have too tell him, but when he asked you if you were okay and you just broke in his arms, he knew. He called out of work that day, not even letting Kunikida get a word in as he hung up the call and laid you down in bed, where he proceeded too spend hours with you.

-He wouldn't make you talk about it, he'd ask if you wanted too talk, and he'd listen to everything that you said, wiping your tears away as he pushed the wet sticky strands of hair that were glued to your cheeks behind your ear.

-If you did wanna talk about how you're feeling and how everything just felt so meaningless, like you were doing so much for nothing. He'd listen, he'd listen to every word that left your lips as he nodded and would give his imput or ask a question every so often.

-If you didn't wanna talk about it, he'd understand, he doesn't really talk about his feelings either so he'll just let you lay on him and cry into his chest as much as you need. Softly running his hands through your hair as he pressed soft kisses to the crown of your head.

-He'd keep an eye on you for a while. A couple months if he had too, even if he could tell that you were happy and were no longer having those thoughts and feelings. He can't afford too lose you, you're everything to him. So even if he has too stop going to work for a while, he will. If he needs too take days off work for you and comfort you, he will, if being around him makes you happy, just ask, he doesn't really care that much for paperwork anyway, he'll just ask Atsushi and he really could careless for the consequences. There's a lot of people at the ADA, other people could work cases. You need him and that's all that matters.

-He understands the ugliness of depression, so he understands how you feel, maybe not completely but he can relate quite heavily to the topic, so if you need him too wash your hair as you sit in the bathtub, he will. If you haven't eaten, he'll order something for you, if you're not hungry, he understands but you'll have too eat even if it's a little bit. Just a couple bites and he'll be satisfied.

-If you're someone who likes too, or prefers too be left alone, he understands, because he's the same way. He'll let you be, but he won't leave you alone, he's not comfortable with that. He'll check on you quite a lot, even if it's just an, "are you okay" or a, "do you need anything" that he asks through the door. He's satisfied because he knows you're alive and he can hear you.

-He doesn't mind when the room gets dirty, if you don't have the will too do laundry or too even get up too brush your teeth, he gets it. Especially if he's also in a similar headspace at the time and he doesn't have the mental strength too get up and clean. It'll be dealt with when you both feel better, that's the last thing on his mind as he lays with you in bed, in the quiet room enjoying your soft breath against his neck as he feels your chest rise and fall.

-If you're someone who self-harms and you partake in self-destructive behavior, he'll be more on you. He will not leave your side. He will take everything that could hurt you and he'll hide it. Now, he knows you're an adult and you're capable of making your own decisions, but he can't take any chances, one wrong... move and you could kill yourself, and like I said, he can't take any chances.

-If you take any medications, he'll be the one too give them to you, he doesn't want too make you feel like a child but he understands that when people are in that head-space, they make bad decisions and they're desperate for even the smallest bit of mental release so they'll make themselves feel physical pain, but he can't let you do that.

-If you become actively suicidal and try too attempt on your own life, he will hold you hostage of sorts. He won't tie you up or anything, but he will keep you with him at all points of the day, he'd go days without sleep just too watch you and make sure you're safe. You are no longer allowed too be on your own, he doesn't want you too feel worse by making you think he doesn't trust you, because all he wants is too make sure you're safe. You can cuss and yell at him- even hit him if you need too, but he can't and he won't take those chances.. not with you he won't- he can't.

-Your love for the piano was something that made his interest deepen for you, as someone who loves music, specifically classical music, he's glad that his partner also has a love for melodic instruments, it gives him another thing too conversate about with you, that he actually enjoys.

-He loves playing the cello as you play the piano, it's one of his favorite stress relievers, it's a way for him too destress for the day, he can just sit back and relax and let his fingers work as his thoughts are drowned out by the beautiful synchronized melodies.

-His favorite thing about you being a pianist is that, the piano is a dual instrument, meaning he can play along with you. Now, if you're someone who's played for a while and you don't need sheet music, that's great for him because you two can just relax as your hands move together. If you do need sheet music though, that's fine. He's a very patient man and he also doesn't mind the reminder of notes, he doesn't need them but if it's a new piece that your playing, he'll read the sheet with you.

It was quiet as his feet followed the music, softly pushing open the large oak door as deep amethyst eyes glow as they watch your delicate fingers move around the piano, his pupils following the smallest twitch of your fingers. As slow, calculated steps quietly slip towards you while his large pale hands slip around your shoulders. There's a slight tense in your shoulders as he leans down towards your ear but they quickly relax when he murmurs in your ear about how beautiful you look moving your hands like that. The little glow in your eyes is eccentric as your fingers make the prettiest sounding music he's ever heard, bringing him to a tranquility of sorts, his full body going lax in peace as he presses a soft kiss to your cheek. The moon giving your skin an ethereal glow, as your hair lays on your shoulders, almost as loose as if it had been fresh-fallen. His hands are cold as encase your shoulders, smoothly rubbing the skin underneath as he watches your fingers dance over the black and white keys. It's a little while before Fyodor himself, sits on the bench, alongside you, you're hands gliding over as he starts too play along with you, a perfect harmony as your hands dance together in sync. It takes you a moment too realise that he's intending too play Dark Für Elise by Lucas King. His fingers starting he intro as your fingers follow in suite. It's a beautiful dance of melodies as your hands move together, the moon the only piece of lighting in the room as you take a deep breath, the music coming out in a rush towards your ears as his fingers fasten for the chorus. You watch as his pale fingers beautifully dance on the piano, not even lifting as his eyes are shut, he's going off memory of the piano and sheet, you don't even realize you've stopped playing until his eyes open, gleaming that perfect violet and his deep eyes hold an expectance of sorts, your eyes glancing down as you realise that your hands have stopped the synchronized dance. With a quick, but quiet, apology, your hands start moving again. It continues like that for a while until the beautiful piece is finished, Fyodor's shoulders lax as he breathes in, his chest rising and falling calmly as he looks at you, his eyes holding quiet appreciation as he stands and ushers you up and out of the large, spacious room and towards your shared bedroom. It's all routine too play together in the midst of the night before you two lay in peace in the soft bed, it's one of his favorite ways too end off the clear dark nights.

It's a slow-burn, for Dazai too develop an obsession- or even a relationship. It'd be pretty slow, and you wouldn't even know it's coming. He also has a deep understanding of people and how they work, so he would use his extensive knowledge against you. He'd use a mix of love-bombing and the silent treatment. It'd be more of a way too program you, as in, reward and punishment. He'd definitely use extreme versions of them as well, like, dousing you in affection when you do simple tasks for him and being almost brutal when you make mistakes. Now, he is a firm believer in that, a punishment should match a mistake, For example, if you start too go against his wishes, he'll just completely ignore you, because if you don't listen to him, there's no point in him even talking to you.. that's what you think it is anyway, and he lets you. When he does finally have you in his grasp, he'll slowly start too isolate you. He'll turn more into a toxic boyfriend then a yandere, because he does know how too keep his behavior in check when he needs too. If isolation doesn't work, he'll start too turn people against you, so that you'll really be isolated and all you have is him too run back too, just how he likes it... and wants it. He doesn't let you work, so expect too quit your job. If you work at the agency though, he won't let you do cases, you'll sadly be stuck doing paperwork, and when you try and complain to him. He'll over-exaggerate cases, making them seem more serious and gruesome then they actually are, just stating that he doesn't want your pretty eyes too see such... grotesque things. He is very good at making his obsessive tendencies and controlling behavior seem just like that of a protective boyfriend, and obviously you take his word for it, he's a detective after all, he's seen all the horrible things people can do... and, you can't be mad at him for just wanting too keep you safe, that's not fair to him. He is more into the psychological aspect of breaking you down. Your social life being first, then your confidence... which will then lead to your, what he sees as, misbehavior following suit. You don't have too do anything for yourself anymore, just let him do it all for you, and you mistakenly do, because he just wants too help.. right? I think the worst thing about being in a relationship with Yandere!Dazai is just the utter mind fuck you receive from outsiders, because of just how charming he can be with people, and they're constantly telling you how lucky you are too have such an amazing partner... but is it really that amazing when you guys go home that night and the light in his eyes die out as he asks you why you held such a long conversation with another man as his gun sits on the bed next to him.
