• Getting a cute pill container can help you remember/feel safe! (Some paci shops deco pill boxes but you can also get cute character ones from amazon!)

• Squirt a small amount of whipped cream in your mouth before taking pills. This helps a lot if you struggle swallowing pills & also helps get rid of the flavor!

• Set an alarm! This can be extremely helpful for those that forget to take their pills. Setting multiple alarms can also be extremely helpful

• Keep a travel size pill container to put in your backpack/bag/purse etc. This makes it so your medication is always available.

• Mark in your calendar when you will need to refill your medication and set event reminders!
