I love how they put holes in their soft, plush skin. All for shiny pieces of metal. I love how they immortalize each other through funerals and memories. I love how their skin starts to wrinkle from use. Their smile lines, their dimples and freckles, crows feet and moles. How it shows all that they did, and how much they've loved. I love how they have inside jokes. I love how they rely on each other. I love how they all have vastly different ways of speaking. I love how they express where they come from with unyielding pride. I love how durable they are but are so soft to the ones they love. I love mothers and fathers who take time to tell their kids stories. I love children who have the biggest imagination. Who are pirates, and superheroes and animals. I love that humans constantly create. Like it has been in our DNA since the beginning of time. I love how we decorate our walls with color and our ears with different wavelengths of sound. Humans are beings of love, but we find that disagreeing is better than accepting each others imperfections and quirks, but when they're gone, that's it. Gosh, They're so amazing. I love humans.
