explain your gender in 10 words or less without using boring words like “male”, “female”, “nonbinary”, “masculine”, “feminine” or “androgynous”.
go!
my take on like, esoteric neopronouns, or people who use it/its pronouns, or any other pronounage that a lot of people who otherwise lean generally progressive have trouble using or understanding, is that my native language doesn't have a gender neutral singular third person pronoun at all, so people who don't want to use the equivalent of he or she by necessity have to either use pronouns not originally meant for people or invent "weird neopronouns" that people have trouble using or understanding. and there is in fact a notable movement to invent gender neutral pronouns to use. so i can't really buy into any english language arguments about what pronouns are too weird to use because any line drawn on which pronouns are real or valid or whatever is completely arbitrary and unsustainable when you take a single look at what other languages are like. language changes to serve the needs of the people that speak it and "weird pronouns" develop out of a need for pronouns that better describe weird genders. the more you use the pronouns the less weird they'll feel to use.
