Zagreus would give Nico nectar, and Nico wouldn't know how to say thank you, so he would get Zagreus McDonald's and a Mythomagic card as an exchange.

It works like the Centaur heart Thanatos drops after you meet him, but it's food, so it's a healing item.

The Mythomagic card would be his keepsake, and it would serve to either summon your own wretches of the Underworld, like Nico and Hades do, or just plainly ordering all the current wretches to dissolve themselves, whichever one is more OP.

If you call him during the Hades boss fight he will not pick up, like Skelly does during the Charon fight. He would probably say something like, Zagreus you know I can't, before leaving you hanging.

During the Theseus and Asterion boss fight, depending on which one you are currently attacking, he would have some voice lines like: Dionysus sends his regards, or oh the bull that tried to defeat Percy, yeah not the brightest monster around.

At the end of his bond, he would give Zagreus a little nectar back, and probably a lot of darkness, or chthonic keys.

Their final ambrosia conversation would be about Nico not understanding why Zagreus has been so kind with him, when he's Hades' son with another woman, he has a pretty rocky relationship with Persephone, he actually follows and respects their father, and he's even allowed on the surface realm, but keeps going back to the House, simply because he wants to.

Basically the exact opposite of everything Zagreus does.

But Zagreus simply reassures Nico that the circumstances of his birth aren't his fault, and that he's glad to have him as a brother on the House, that his presence makes it more bearable.

Also his companion would be a black cat, or a raven, and it would be named Companion Angel.
