I am falling so dang hard into the rottmnt fandom, but I still have my feet firmly placed in okko, so like, I'm basically tearing myself in half because I want to make content for both but I DON'T HAVE TIME AND HHHHHHH- Also Yugo is here I guess.

This is my first commission ever aaaaa! This is for @endersvoid (they have a non-watermarked version). I'm closing commissions for now because I just wanted to figure out the process and my working policy. But don't worry, because I will definitely open them again some time in the future. They will probably be more expensive, but I will be broadening my options (looking to expand into rottmnt, and also allow bnha and OFF), and I will hopefully have more slots available. You can also use Butterfly Inchworm Animation II on your 3DS to make your animation more advanced. If you want to, it is optional.

Which version of the Colors painting application is the best version? Android, iOS, Nintendo 3DS, or PlayStation Vita? Put them on the list of from top to bottom. Then you can give me reasons of which version is better or worse. I just need clarified details just for a sake of it.

I wouldn't know which is the best. I only have it for the 3DS. Getting other versions would just cost me more money I don't need to spend, and I don't even have a PS Vita to get it on even if I wanted to.
