Yep… So this is what I think might be helpful. Check this tutorial by Sinix [x] it’s super helpful for drawing faces from different angles. Generally, if I can imagine a head in 3D I’m able to draw it and drawing eyes first helps me visualise everything. (It’s super sketchy but hope it’s understandable anyway :))

I finally reached 5000 followers *quietly cheers* and @strongity asked me a day before that happened to maybe do a tutorial thing on eyes and anatomy… So I did my best. I have kind of moved past using methods to draw (like using boxes to create shapes), just because I’m so used to drawing people. It kind of became a tips thing rather than a step by step guide, but hopefully it will help some of you!

I’ve been asked a couple times to make a drawing tutorial. Here it is!

Disclaimer: This is how I draw, it isn’t the only nor necessarily the right way to draw. Be sure tryout the millions of other techniques available on the web in books! Find something comfortable for you. There is always room for improvement.

I’ll be starting with the tutorials that some of you have been waiting on for weeks (I’m so sorry). 

One of the things I really really want you guys to take away from this hand tutorial is that not everyone is the same. I’ve seen a lot of hand tutorials that say ‘don’t draw it like this ever because it’s never like this’ but that’s not true in some cases.

For example: not everyone’s wrist bones protrude, not everybody’s finger lengths are the same, etc.

Ah…my style of drawing noses is SUPER simplistic? I don’t really put much thought into it? it really depends on the style you’re going for. I’m really really REALLY bad at realistic noses lmao. Here’s a little guide of how I go about noses?

When I draw the face, I usually go for the nose first, because it helps me orient and center the face.
