Okay so I'm just here as a person without any disorders and I don't understand how it is to have a panic attack, and I don't know how it is to have to deal with that, but one thing I do know is that you shouldn't feel bad about what happened. As you said yourself, you can't control it and given the situation I really don't think you should beat yourself up about it.
