A/n: my intent with depicting Tae’s unaliveing thoughts after the haircut is to show a realistic emotional depiction of what it is to be trans. The overwhelming majority (97%) of trans people have suicidal thoughts at one point in their lives. I don’t think I’ve written it to be very triggering- it’s more passive in that sense. Tae immediately goes into all the reasons why she could never and would never hurt herself.
