Freaking Biased Manchild. Some Of The Best Things That Happen In Shows And Stories Are Accidental.
Freaking biased manchild. Some of the best things that happen in shows and stories are accidental.
WHY? BECAUSE THEY END UP WRITING THEMSELVES

The source is from GreenLine’s “Why you shouldn’t watch miraculous: tales of ladybug and chat noir” and I wonder if they’re real and if you’ve covered this before?

I love how Astruc doesn’t even deny how much he blocks people on social media while acting like his show has absolutely no flaws to speak of.
Like, dude. You know good shows are perfectly capable of losing steam the longer they run, right?

If only most movie adaptations worked like this. I usually end up getting disappointed when the smaller, important bits are overlooked.
Greetings and salutations, Mr Gaiman.
What are your thoughts on enjoying stories in different mediums? Audiobooks, ebooks, and paper books are fairly similar in their basic content, but adaptations to mediums like stage, movie, or, as is getting more common, television do tend to change stories quite a bit at times. One of the best pieces of advice I think I received regarding a movie adaptation was to approach it as a sort of parallel approach to the same story rather than a direct adaptation, which helped me enjoy the movie more than I would have otherwise. Given your experience, I was curious as to how you approach both experiencing and preparing stories for different media
I was thrilled when my first graphic novel was adapted for the stage and even more thrilled when I realized the adaptation was word for word the same as the graphic novel. It could not have been more faithful.
I was there on the first night. Moments that were important in the graphic novel were barely there on the stage. Moments that were tiny in the graphic novel became hugely important. The whole meaning of the piece changed.
I realized that in order to create the same effect on the viewer as we had created on a reader, one could not transliterate, one had to translate. Media are different. Use that.
I'd let him kill me

THIS. THIS IS WHAT PISSES ME OFF THE MOST ABOUT THE SHOW
At this rate, this "show" is more like a play with dolls. Astruc just grabs whatever person suits the role (just barely) and cranks their personality to a hundred in order to get the current story going, and once the episode is done, everything resets until the next one.
Funny how everyone started responding to Chloe's insults instead of ignoring her like they did previous seasons
Like why was Adrien scolding Chloe when she said Marinette was in love with him, and why was Marinette sad?? I feel like Marinette and Adrien would smirk and Marinette would say something like "thanks for noticing Chloe!", what I loved from her relationship with Chloe is how sassy she was with her
Remember kids, being the bigger person is for losers. If someone insults you, insult them back! Acting out like this clearly won't get you in trouble.
Damn, girl! 😍😍😍

Ridiculous, utterly riiiiidiculous!!!!
This one goes out to all the Chloe lovers out there
