Most popular one shot: On AO3, it’s a Irondad Spiderson fic called Live the Best You Can with What You Got. It’s got 1177 Kudos as of today!  On Tumblr, it’s a fic I posted for Whumptober with the prompts of Adrenaline and “Stay With Me”. It’s got 46 whole notes! I couldn’t believe it!

Most popular multi-chapter story: I don’t have many, I’m more of a one shot writer, but I do have a multi-chapter Lucifer fic about dealing with his suicidal tendencies during Season 2 called Worthy of Punishment, it’s got 240 kudos and 55 comments! If you’re talking complete multis then it’s my only other multi Saints and Sinners with 179 kudos.

Favorite Story you wrote: HOW DOES ANYONE CHOOSE??? Seriously!!!! I put so much into these stories, it’s like making a teacher choose their favorite student! I’m gonna choose three fics/series that I’m very proud of, because favorites is a harsh word, and I’ll list those.  First off is the series of Saints and Sinners, I poured my heart and soul into that one and it’s definitely one of my best.  The next, though there isn’t really an order, would be Two Fathers, One Son. I wrote that even though I’m not the fondest of Into Darkness because of that sweet, sweet whump. And I really think I did a good job on that one. And the one I know I’m most proud of is the 2019 Whumptober challenge.  I actually finished it, (I have no idea how to make a series thing on tumblr so here’s what I posted to AO3) and I worked sooooo hard on them.  I put everything I had and more into that challenge and while there were clear favorites of readers (ironically tumblr readers and AO3 readers vary VERY differently) I’m most proud of the broken voice Falling For You Like My Blood Sugar, and the Lost prompt (that was original fiction) even though no one really knows that one exists.  Oh well, it’s not for everyone I guess, but those are my proudest if you managed to make it all the way down here.

Story you were nervous to post: I mean, all of them? I’m always nervous, all the time? I guess the Lazytown one in whumptober was embarassing if that satisfies the question.

How you choose your titles: Mostly quotes from the story themselves, whatever speaks to trying to convey the story without spoiling (I HATE titles)

How many of your stories are Complete: All but one. 

In progress: Worthy of Punishment. That story needs... help. Nothing’s wrong with it, but I have no idea what I’m doing with it anymore.  People asked for one bit, then when I asked what more they wanted, they didn’t give an answer! So I have no idea what I’m doing with it.  Please talk to me if you have any ideas, I’m running on empty but I don’t like to leave things unfinished.  So it WILL get done... eventually.

Coming soon: Who knows?  I write when I have time and an idea.  And with spring break coming up, my work gets busier and busier so who knows.  But you give me an idea/prompt and that might change.  

Upcoming story your the most excited to write: I mean, I have ideas without fandoms, fandoms without ideas, and wayyyy too many OCs that are... unspeakables to public. I don’t share those because I don’t think anyone else even wants even to hear about them. I mean, if anyone wants to, they can let me know but I doubt that’ll happen.

Most popular multi-chapter story: I wrote this Be More Chill multi-chapter on AO3 called New Save File, and it has 1,791 Kudos :)

Favorite Story you wrote: I MEAN?? HOW DO I PICK?? I’m going to list a few because according to my fic blog, I’ve written 359+ fics.. lmao. I wrote this last week, but of the 7 Witcher fics I’ve written, it’s my favorite, so this Witcher fic where Jaskier gets hurt and has to walk Geralt through what to do to help him. Also, my very first Detroit Become Human fic where Amanda does that dumb headspace shit while Connor’s with Hank. Also, my first marvel fic where I wrote like hella Peter and Loki interactions! One of my favorite Voltron ones where Lance saves Keith from drowning, and Keith develops pneumonia. And this one Be More Chill fic  where Jeremy is a fire-elemental hero and dives into cold water to save civilian and his crush Michael. And one of my fav Les Mis fics is when Enjolras goes to the beach for the first time even though he’s sick! I also only wrote one Umbrella Academy fic so far, but I really like it!

Story you were nervous to post: I get nervous to post a lot of fics! I think I have a lot of author notes in the beginning of fics where I state that I’m nervous to post, mostly because it’s my first time writing for something, but ones that immediately come to mind are all of my Detroit Become Human fics because I’ve said it before, but Connor is very hard to write. I was also really nervous when I posted my first Mandalorian fic. 

How you choose your titles: literally song lyrics, lmfao. So just looking at my ao3: “run with the wolf pack when your legs are tired” is a 911 fic named after lyrics from the song Turn by the Wombats, “somebody catch my breath” is a Mandalorian fic named after a lyrics from the song Goner by Twenty One Pilots. Otherwise, I just kind of look at what my fic is as a whole and toss some words to a title that make kind of sense, lol. I hate making titles.  

Do you Outline? Lol, no. I’ve outlined two fics in my life, and both were multichapters. My one-shots are free game, lol

How many of your stories are Complete: All of them? My one-shots are complete because I very very rarely do sequels, and all of my multichapters are complete except for one pending epilogue. 

In progress: None at the moment, but I plan on writing a few today to have backlogged :)

Okay, here we go! Five Fun Facts about Rae-Rae!

1) I have a very unusual music taste.  VERY unusual.  I can remember nearly every song I’ve ever heard more than once, and if I’ve learned the lyrics, that’s it.  Whether that’s just because of repetition or desire, it’s in my head permanently.  So in my shuffle playlists, you’ll hear American Idiot, then the next song will be Keep Walking, then it’ll be Hellfire, and then Let It Be.  I’m the very definite definition of eclectic.

2) I have an ever-growing Pop Vinyl addict- I mean collection!  I have nine, three are Flash (both Captain Colds, one Flash, still looking for the unmasked Flash at a good price) Belle, Todoroki, Nick Fury, Elsa, Olaf and Marshmallow.  Yes, he’s as big as you think he is, he’s one of my favorites.

3) I am a huge Goosebumps fan!  Which is ironic because I usually can’t handle anything scary, I am a huuuuuuuuuge chickenshit, but Goosebumps seems to be the exception.  I’m not even scared of Slappy!  Only one really scared me when I first read it, The Curse of Camp Cold Lake and mostly just because I’m scared of snakes not the intense fear of always being alone and the one person who “loves” you just wants you to hurt just like them  Yeah definitely the snakes.

4) I can pull off a convincing Southern accent!.... to anyone who’s not actually Southern. My mom’s from Texas, as is my grandmother, and I’ve learned to mimic a couple drawls from them, which I can play up.  To anyone who’s actually from Texas, I sound like a wannabe actor who is trying too hard.  To someone who’s not, I’m magically from Texas, even though I’ve never been to the state.

5) All right, I can end this laughing at myself.  You know how I said I was a chickenshit?  I am actually, legitimately, panic attack inducingly scared of the Haunted Mansion.  Not the 2003 movie, which could have scary parts for children, but the ride.  The made in the 60s, half scary half funny, totally fake, totally cheesy ride at Disneyland.  I can only go on it when it’s Halloween/Christmas when it’s Nightmare Before Christmas.  I have been on the one in Florida, due to sheer willpower and then panicking afterwards. I have tried to get over this fear but it hasn’t gone away since I was five so it’s not one of those exposure things that goes away.  I do have a really funny story about how this fear started though.

2. I have literally always been into whump. One of my early memories is absolutely LOVING a scene in the original My Little Pony where the Evil Girl kidnaps baby ponies and yanks them around on chains. I was OBSESSED with that scene, though I never told anyone.

3. I am very happily in a committed, but long-distance, relationship.

4. If you show me a boy with long hair I’ll show you a wedding ring. (It is the peak of character design okay.)

5. I am HUGE into slave whump. Pet whump is close on its heels because there’s so much overlap but something about the specificity of slave-based angst just GETS me
