at the end of the wicked king, when cardan exiles jude, i always was and still am confused how jude couldn’t figure it out that she could have come back anytime she wanted. because she was queen of elfhame and part of the “crown” cardan says that she can be pardoned by. AND FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS LIVED HER LIFE SOLVING RIDDLES AND PUTTING TOGETHER PUZZLES OF THE PAST. SHE COULDNT REALIZE THAT SHE COULD HAVE PARDONED HERSELF??????

everyone talks about rick not giving the athena kids any cool powers but being smart but like. genuinely there r so many he could have done.

give me an athena child who can talk to snakes (a lesser known symbol of athena). an athena child who can fly (owl and connections to daedalus). an athena child who can just casually make shit appear from their minds. an athena child who can calm down tense situations and prevent conflict with a form of charmspeak (goddess of peace).
