anyways this is from my viridian au, my art program keeps glitching so i decided i should post some stuff i already had saved cause why not u know?
adding more info under a readmore so people dont have to scroll past a wall of text lol. i might talk more about the actual plot of my viridian au on a diffrent post but imma foucs on the tddk for this one.
so Deku is a vigilante goes by Viridian, he meets Shoto at the sports fest and they chat, he ends up giving Shoto his phone number and they become texting buddys, Shoto is fully aware that viridian is a vigilante and like breaking the law but he gives zero fucks actually, anyways Shoto hates life cause he feels like he's had no control over anything for all of it and he eventually decides to join Viridian and ends up joining the LOV and now him and Viridian are dating, Viridian thinks he's making a horible mistake because he's a vigilante that barely sleeps and has zero self preservation instincts and will probably suck as a bf but he cares abt Shoto and he's doing his best, they are a power couple anyways <3
basically anyone with an outside view on these two assume that Shoto is being used by Viridian and the LOV, but he's not he knows exactly what is going on and he is rolling with it, Bakugou on the other hand is absolutely lost and has no clue whats happening and nobody will tell him but he pretends like he knows whats going on.
ive been reading a ton of fantasy tddk fics so i uh made another au
ive been trying to avoid making more fantasy au's because i know i can and will make like 20 fantasy au's and i feel like that would get confusing haha... but uh yeah i already caved with a diffrent fantasy au already sooooo
mostly a vauge plot still but, basic fantasy world set up. fairies/the fae in this are just like a race but their current king (afo) is like super evil and his tyranical rule makes everyone else thing that their whole race is a bunch of people eating monsters,
deku is a fairy in disguise who ran from home ages ago and swore loyalty to the crown after he met todoroki at a town festival, he's horribly scared cause any time fairies are found in endeavor their killed and he's here hanging out in the same building as the king, flirting with death much?
prince todoroki meanwhile keeps having this weird reocurring nightmare where his best friend, and royal advisor, midoriya turns into a fairy and dies trying to protect him and its upsetting, not because his friend might be a fairy, but because he really doesn't want him to die, and he can never get a clear look at what kills midoriya so he's not sure what he needs to be looking out for, or how long he has left, also he's slowly realising that his feelings for midoriya may infact be more than platonic which isnt helping.

ok but really tho, i did a pic for todoizuocha week that had my magical girl au in it and i actually had the unfinished draft for this prior to said week but i broke down and finished it lol here's the "main" magical girl group for my au
i have like way too much magic system world-building for this au ngl. the main concept is that every magical "girl" gets a crystal called a "heart charm" it chooses a color and an animal based on the person the color is reflected in their charm color and usually their weapons will glow/be that color too (ex; deku's staff having the same green as his charm) it's vaguely implied it's like their heart color or symbolic and colors can change etc. (note animals cannot change only the color can). heart charms also give people certain powers and buffs like for example transforming gives them a physical buff and stamina buff so if they're normally very weak and frail when they transform it buffs them and makes them strong and energized, they also get personalized powers and weapons from their charms which are kinda used as a replacement for quirks lol (ex; bakugou has his gauntlets that let him make huge explosions but he doesn't have his normal small explosions anymore and cant explode stuff when not transformed) the magic weapons they're given are assigned when they first transform and can't be changed they just gotta get creative with em
there's also like this whole thing i have written out for how the outfits work and the squishes, outfits are manifested light and not real cloth so they act as bulletproof armor and can be changed by feeding a squishy a new design (in the au bakugou designed basically all the hero team outfits) also the squishies are like those little magical girl mascot character things and theres only 2 of them in the au but its ofa and afo as these tiny lil squishes and i have designs for both of them too lol (i don't have the pics of them on my pc rn or id add them here)
anyways i have a half-written plot for this au if anyone is like actually interested in this nonsense, but as of right now it's mostly string and sticky notes so its kinda jank lol

honestly, this whole thing was started by my BF who asked what Minecraft creatures my blorbos would be and I made the Minecraft kin list. Anyways then I made the pokemon one which took significantly longer because I had to read every pokemon wiki page to make sure the pokemon fit the characters.

Oh man, thank you! <3 Honestly, I love all my au's but my top faves at the moment are JASTTL(Just A Step To The Left), Viridian Cult, Quirkless Hero, and TwistedVerse.
JASTTL is fun cause it's mostly a cannon rewrite au but I get to make OFA way more haunted, and I like writing cryptid plots. Plus since in JASTTL Aizawa is aware of OFA by the end of day one Deku gets two mentors to argue about quirk junk with
The Viridian Cult au is funny because it didn't start as a cult it just kinda happened? it was supposed to just be a vigilante au lol. but at some point, while writing I went "hey this sounds like a cult lol" and then went "hey wait what if I made it more culty and just made it a running joke?" and then I did because it was funny.
Quirkless Hero is more like JASTTL in the cannon but from a dif perspective situation, mostly just cause Deku is in the Gen ed course for almost half of the plot so he misses out on stuff like the USJ incident and isn't involved in any of their exams, he gets almost everything hero class related second hand from Uraraka and AllMight so it's interesting to write.
and Twisted Verse is just a mess tbh I'm actually currently reworking it because every time I sit down to figure out this au I end up making a new file on it and writing a completely different story the only real continuity is that AllMight is a villain in this universe, and Deku is still his successor, and still wants to be a hero, so he goes to U.A anyways even though he's like pseudo adopted by a supervillain. VillainMight is still a better pseudo-father than AFO. (AFO is also still a villain in this AU too)
I'm planning on posting some more art about my au's soon dunno when that will actually be though.
