frustration with art like that is understandable IMO, but only when the person ingesting the media hasn't done their due diligence to block tags, set filters, etc. every platform that has tags, has a way to BLOCK those tags I personally don't!! enjoy or appreaciatate child gore, it sets me off, so what do I do? block the tag. I have every right to be frustrated when an author does a shitty job tagging, but I don't get the right to harrass and death threaten a creator for doing their own thing. But luckily I'm on the good side of tumblr, mostly dog videos and pixel art here chat.

gonna avoid main fandom tags on my incest/dark art and writing, just gonna slap willmike or whatever on it so i don't get harassed

thinking about if all my fictional crushes were in a room together they'd probably get really concerned really fast because they're all just me if I was born cis and a little taller

Adding another thought to this because im in the hannibal fandom where inscest and pedophilia pairs are a LOT less common, you have to be a fucking idiot to watch hannibal and think "Oh my god bryan fuller thinks all of this is okay, he wrote a cannibalistic serial killer toxic yaoi and he thinks all of this is okay and people should actively consume human meat and murder people" If you think that leave the fandom and grow up a little before coming back a better person. Writing isn't inherently supporting, its actually good to write about the gross shit, within reason and morality of course. The second it becomes a reality with real world actions is when there's a problem, and I promise its not the A03 writers you need to be worrying about.
