The air crackled with anticipation as you stood on stage, the spotlight illuminating your every move. Like the water, your body movements flowed together as one. As the music swelled, you danced with passion, pouring your heart into art. And in the crowd, Jungkook watched, his gaze filled with awe and admiration. The wonder on his face - mouth gaping wide open, staring at your entrancing movements - not moving a single inch.

After the performance, you caught him in the back rooms - a shy smile tugging at the edge of his lips. He hesitantly approached you, speaking with sincerity. "You are a talented dancer, Y/N. That dance was really a masterpiece."

A blush crept up your neck as you ducked your head, replying, "Thank you, Jungkook. Coming from you, it really means a lot."

Jungkook's eyes sparked with a mixture of humility and determination. "The dedication you put into your craft is amazing. Amazing and obvious and really inspiring." His eyes grew bigger as he gasped. "I should go write songs now then!"

His infectious laughter spurred your own and you laughed along, enjoying the easy-going air between you two. At that moment, a connection formed - through shared dreams and the pursuit of excellence. It was a recognition of each other's passions, dreams, and hope - a deep understanding that they have the power to shape lives.

As days turned to weeks, weeks turned to months, you found yourself spending more and more time with Junkook. Through shared practices and late-night conversations in the convenience store, you discovered a one-of-a-kind kindred spirit - one that relays the unspoken language of your hearts.

Together, both of you trekked up the mountain of growth and explorations, pushing each other to reach new heights. There were many moments of frustration and exhaustion - many questionable times on whether this connection is worth the fight - but they were always eclipsed by the unwavering support and encouragement you received from Jungkook.

Late one night, standing on the rooftops of his house, the both of your gazed at the stars. The both of you were silent for a long while, before Jungkook turned to you, eyes filled with determination and an underlying…fear. “Y/N, I’ve watched you become stronger and more confident every day. Your passion and drive have always inspired me to be a better version of myself.”

Warmth spread through your chest as you smiled at him. “And you, Jungkook. You have also pushed me further even when I think that I have reached my limit, allowing me to explore new boundaries and embrace challenges.” You turned back to look at the stars, continuing, “You truly have an incredible ability to light up a room with your presence.”

Jungkook’s cheeks tinted with a blush as he chuckled. “Thank you, Y/N. Your belief truly means a lot to me.”

At that moment, the world seemed to shrink, leaving just the both of you on the rooftop - a space where dreams collide and love blossoms. Jungkook’s hand reaches out, his fingers gentry intertwining with yours as if to solidify the connection between your souls.

With a bated breadth, you leaned in, lips finding Jungkook’s in a tender kiss. It was a moment that encapsulated all the unspoken emotions swirling between you. It was a dance of vulnerability and trust, a stepping stone toward a love that transcends all boundaries.

From then on, your strings intertwined as your journey continued, hand-in-hand. Through the ups and downs, the peals of laughter and the tears, you discovered a love both so powerful and tender - one that has defined even the most complex emotions in every situation; one that defied expectations and blossomed beyond the confinements of the stage.

In Jungkook’s embrace, you found a partner who would always push you to be the best version of yourself as you would for him. Together, the both of you soar beyond boundaries, embrace the unknown, and continuously create a story that your forever be etched in your hearts.

You tossed in your bed, trying to locate the muffled sound of the ringing phone. Your hand moved in all directions, sliding across the bed. You started to fuss when your hand collided with a cold, solid object and you grasped it, bringing it to your face. The bright light shone directly into your eyes as you groaned and turned, swiping the answer button on the screen.

“Hello?” You croaked.

“Y/N! I’m so glad you answered!” The voice over the phone answered cheerfully. Too cheerful.

You took another look at the screen before bringing it back to your ear. “Yo, it’s too early for this. No, no, no. For whatever you ask me to do, my answer is no.”

“Aw, come on. You haven’t even heard it yet!” Laughter sounded through the phone.

“No, Seokjin - please, no.” You would rather be on your knees, begging for a few more hours of sleep. You barely slept an hour before your phone rang.

“I was just thinking,” Seokjin continued, ignoring your request. “Would you like to come over to play a round of Mario Cart with me today?”

You sighed. “Sure. Night time.”

“Right, 10 pm it is.” The line went dead after that, not giving you a chance to answer.

You threw your phone back on the bed, groaning. “Ugh, 10 pm. So late?” You grasped your toy bear and hugged it close, trying to beat the cold air of the air conditioner. “Whatever.”

The second time you woke up was because your bladder - couldn’t seem to wait, it seems. You went to the washroom and looked out the little window on top. Light shone in that your washroom lights were essentially useless. You did your business, washing up and getting ready for the day.

You headed to draw your curtains and pack your bed, looking at the table clock.

2:32 pm, it indicated.

Sighing, you plugged your phone into the charger left for the kitchen. Now that you were up, your stomach started to turn angsty with the lack of food. You whipped up a simple meal that reminded you of your hometown. A bowl of rice with scrambled eggs and mashed tomato. As bad as it sounds, it tastes just like home.

10 pm came faster than you had wished, your battery still low from last night’s work shift. You had dressed in your pyjamas and brought along a big bottle of water onto the car, not caring to bring much and driving to Seokjin’s house. The both of you had been friends since middle school, constantly going back and forth between each other’s houses to have fun. Both your parents are familiar with each other, occasionally going out together as well.

So when you moved to Seoul, your mother made Seokjin take care of you - ensuring that you had some company when you were ill, ate all your meals, and did not overwork yourself. You know, just the mom stuff. However, Jin was equally busy - even more so than you. So you had never asked him for help and adapted to city life yourself. And it was little times like this where the small bracket of opportunity that the both of you were free.

So no matter how tired you were, you were going to drag your ass out to his house. Thankfully, he does not stay too far away. Within 15 minutes of driving, going through security, and parking, you had made it outside his door. You opened it with the passcode he ‘oh-so-secretly’ told you, shrugging off your coat and shoes, instantly making yourself at home.

The glow on the screencast a soft light across the living room as you settled in for the gaming session. Your fingers hovered across the controller, re-memorizing the moves to make while guiding your virtual avatar through a fantastical realm.

“Why hello there.” Seokjin’s voice sounded behind you. “Make yourself comfortable, why don’t you?”

You paid him no heed. The world of pixels seems to come alive, offering you a soft escape from reality.

“Right then.” Seokjin sat beside you, raising a brow. “Ready for another round?”

A smile tugged the upper corners of your lips. “Definitely. It’s about time we move on from that stage we have been stuck on forever and beat that boss.”

As the game started, Seokjin’s fingers expertly navigated the controller. Together, the both of you embarked on a journey through the digital landscape - where magic, monsters, and adventure awaited. Where anything was possible and imagination ruled.

As hours passed, you and Seokjin laughed, strategized, and cheered each other on. Every triumph and setback was met with shared enthusiasm as if the virtual challenges were a reflection of your real-life adventures.

“Yeah! That was cool, Y/N!” Seokjin encouraged you as you dodged a series of obstacles and aimed an attack.

“Yeah, totally.” You retorted. “You, the master of positions and healing spells.” A playful grin appears on your lips as you glance at Seokjin’s character who was supporting yours.

In the midst of the virtual chaos, you had found a sense of solace and excitement. The gaming world was a realm of shared exploration - a place where the boundaries of reality were replaced by the limitless possibilities of the screen.

As the both of you finally conquered the boss that have seem to be a growing impossible task every month, Seokjin’s celebratory cheer filled the room. “Yes! We did it, Y/N!” He made a funny pose, pointing at the defeated boss on the screen, screaming. “Ha! Teamwork makes the dream work. Take that you, sucker!”

You sat back, fondly looking at him bragging about how you managed to defeat him. Your laughter soon mingled with his victory, tasting sweeter because it was shared. In those moments, you realised that gaming wasn’t just about pixels and virtual achievements - but the bonds forged through the challenges and the memories created along the way.

As you got up, packing the food and drinks that were strewn across the coffee table, you turned to Seokjin, a voice filled with gratitude as you said, “Thank you for the adventure.”

Seokjin grinned, eyes holding a million sparkles. “It was my pleasure, Y/N. Gaming with you had always been a blast and it’s an opportunity to finally spend some time with you.”

As the sun rose, you and Seokjin continued to find yourselves engaged in quest after quest. With teamwork and strategy, the excitement was palpable as you faced each challenge head-on, coordination growing stronger with every level. Amidst the gaming frenzy, Seokjin’s hand brushed yours - a simple touch that had your insides burning. It was a gesture of connection, a reminder that even in the digital realm, you were partners in every sense.

Eventually, the both of you completed the quest, your characters emerging victorious and being celebrated by an array of digital fireworks and your cheerings. You turned to Seokjin, mouth opening in excitement, when Seokjin grabbed your hand, intertwining your fingers with his.

“Just like in the games, we face challenges together, support each other, and celebrate victories side by side.” He held up your intertwined hands. “It is a reflection of the reality.”

The air between you charged. At that moment, the screen faded into the background, leaving only you and Seokjin. The warmth of his touch, seemingly increased by tenfold - spoke volumes. It is like a piece of puzzle finally being found - a piece of understanding, companionship, and an unspoken promise of more adventures.

As the dawn broke, the orange, pink hues of the sunrise shone through the curtains of the house. It painted a warm, smooth shade on the tiles. You leaned in, lips finding Seokjin’s plush ones in a tender kiss - hoping that he would understand your answer. And Seokjin sure did. He cupped your jaw, turning your head to the side as he kissed you deeper.

It was like a click, the piece falling into place, allowing you to discover that the unspoken language between the both of you did not exist in only grand gestures but in the simplest moments of shared interest and laughter.

Expressions Of Culinary

Pair: Yoongi x F Reader

Summary: Through shared moments in the kitchen, you delve deeper into your relationship with Yoongi. Yoongi, who uses the form of cooking as a way of self-expression, showered you with affection the moment you step home from a rough day at work.

WC: 1158

You were not having a good day. From being piled up with more work as an intern got fired to being humiliated in front of your coworkers for submitting a spreadsheet late. Today was not a good day at all.

You shrugged off your shoes and coat, placing your keys in the bowl at the door. Groaning, you gave Holly a scratch behind his ears and walked to put down all your bags on the sofa. You were wondering if Yoongi was home when the aroma of spices and ingredients filled the air as you entered the kitchen.

To your surprise, Yoongi was standing at the kitchen island, too busy chopping vegetables with a focused expression on his face. You watched in awe as he moved with practised precision and a sense of purpose evident in every movement. He was so focused that he didn’t even notice you standing there.

“Yoongi,” You called out. “I didn’t know you’d be cooking today.” Your eyes shined with curiosity.

Yoongi looked up from the chopping board, a smile lifting at the corner of his lips. “Hey, Jagiya. I didn’t hear you coming home.” He momentarily stopped his chopping and washed his hand, coming over to give you a kiss on your hair.

“Hmmm, seems like you were too engrossed in cooking to realise I’ve been standing here for a while now.” You snickered. It was true. Yoongi was much too engrossed in chopping up the ingredients needed for his special-of-the-day meal but you were equally engrossed in watching him cook.

As Yoongi moved back to the chopping board to continue, he said, “Why don’t you go take a bath first? Dinner should be ready in thirty minutes or so.” He looked at you from the corner of his eyes.

You sighed and walked up the stairs, fully agreeing with what he said. You really needed to wind down. Holly followed you to the bedroom, jumping onto the bed and curling up.

“You shouldn’t be sleeping now, right?” You chided the brown toy poodle that now lay in between the pillows at the head of the bed.

You stepped into the shower, soaking in the heat of the water that cascades down your back. You sighed, bringing your hands to your head. You decided to take a short shower, curious about what Yoongi may be whipping out for dinner. Holly followed you out of the room and into the kitchen, standing in front of his food bowl.

“Okay, okay. Coming.” You left your hair towel on one of the dining chairs, going over to the storage room to get Holly’s kibbles. After feeding Holly his dinner, you approached the counter, intrigued by how Yoongi transforms the ingredients into a colourful array of vegetables. And the way his hands moved was mesmerising - an intricate dance that seemed to mirror his musical talents.

Even as the dish started to take shape, Yoongi’s concentration was unwavering. The kitchen was his soundboard, each ingredient was a beat of creativity. He moved around the kitchen with fluid ease, adding a pinch of this and a dash of that, all the while humming a tune softly to himself. His movements were like a melody that carried a sense of contentment.

You were, too, more than content to sit back and watch your husband move around. After a while, he turned to you with a grin, gummies all showing. “Care to be my taste-tester?”

You nodded eagerly, all the waiting around and the delicious wafting of sauces have gotten you hungry. “Not that your food will ever be bad.” Your taste buds tingled with anticipation. With a flourish, Yoongi presented you with a beautifully plated dish.

The first bite was a revelation - a burst of flavours that exploded on your tongue. You couldn’t help but let out a satisfied sigh. “Oh, it’s good. Yoongi, please come home and cook more often.”

Yoongi chuckled and ducked his head, cheeks slightly tinged with a blush. You took that time to tease him. “Aw, Yoongi. Five years and still can’t get used to it?” You wiggled your brows at him.

Yoongi groaned. “Jagiya,” he wined. “Stoooppp.”

You snickered and shoved a mouthful of rice into your mouth. As you savoured each bite, you could feel the passion infused in every dish. It was as if Yoongi’s emotions were intertwined with the flavours - a symphony of tastes that spoke of care and dedication.

As all the dishes were set on the table and Yoongi took a seat opposite you, you chatted about cooking and food, sharing stories and memories. The kitchen was always been one of the places where the both of you connected easily. It was a place where two souls intertwined over shared experiences and mutual appreciation for the culinary arts.

As the evening turned into night, you stood beside each other, washing dishes as a comfortable silence settled between you. Yoongi’s fingers brushed against yours and you exchanged a meaningful glance. It was in these simple moments that rekindled the depth of your connection with him.

“I’m glad to have met you in this universe,” Yoongi admitted in the silence, his voice soft.

You smiled, heart warmed by his sudden honesty. There are not many times where he would so vulnerably lay his heart out to you. Yoongi always wanted you to see only the best in him. “And I am grateful to have found you. What if I decided to ditch the fan meeting that day?” You teased him.

The corners of Yoongi’s lips lifted into a smile. “I would have been doomed.” At that moment, time seems to be at a standstill, the dim lights of the kitchen setting a scene. You shared a moment that went beyond words - a puzzle piece that pulsed in place, forged by the years of fighting for each other and the act of sharing.

As the night continued, you and Yoongi shifted to the bedroom, a final cup of tea in hand as the now empty teapot sat on his side of the bedside table. You finished off the last drop and snuggled into him, covers draping over the both of you. A sense of contentment settled over the both of you.

As Yoongi’s fingers found yours, his caress was gentle and reassuring. “Whatever the future, we’ll get through it together.”

You intertwined your fingers with him as you looked up and kissed his jaw. “Together. Thank you Yoongi, for sharing you with me.”

“God that was corny, Jagiya.”

You laughed. Under the soft glow of the moonlight seeping through the bedroom curtains, you and Yoongi sat in comfortable silence, soaking up the presence of each other. It was these little moments that you treasured so much, the connection deepening with each passing moment. It was a night filled with flavours, emotions, and soft, deep intimacy that only comes from sharing the secrets of one’s heart. The simple joy of being together.

Language Of The Heart

Pair: Namjoon x F Reader

Summary: In the harsh moments of the world outside, you found peace and love with Kim Namjoon. Through your quiet moments and unspoken words, you find a bond that transcends beyond languages - spoken only by the language of the heart.

Genre: Fluff, Idolxreader

Chapter Warnings: None

WC: 721

The evening sun cast a warm glow onto the floor of the living room as the both of you sat across each other on the ends of the sofa. Lost in the comfortable silence, the both of you had retreated to your quiet spots, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The only sounds that fill the room are the soft rustling of pages and the occasional clinking of cups.

Namjoon’s presence alone is enough to fill the place with security and peace, giving out an air of wisdom and endless knowledge. You stole glances at him, unable to help the way you realise every tiny detail of this man. The way his brows furrowed, trying to understand the deeper meaning of the words sitting on the pages - the residing hunger and curiosity, making to understand what the world has to offer.

You find yourself captivated by the look on his face - how it scrunches when he tries to dissect the words on the pages, allowing them to shape his thoughts and be a part of him. In his presence, you felt a sense of comfort and understanding beyond words and actions. You felt a harsh desire to delve into deeper conversations and thoughts - to explore the universe together.

While you were lost in your own world, you hadn’t realised that Namjoon had been, too, stealing glances at you. Here, his eyes held genuine care and gentleness, a longing to understand the depths of your soul. As if he saw things in you that he could never fully put into words.

With a soft smile gracing his lips, Namjoon closed his book and set it aside. He fully turned to face you, eyes holding a silent invitation to pour in your thoughts and emotions. At that exact moment, you knew - you just knew - that there is no need for words to communicate the complex emotions that were overflowing within you.

You mirrored his actions, placing your book on the coffee table and turning to face him. Your eyes met, and a serene understanding passed through the both of you. It was as if the world had faded, leaving only the both of you, exploring watch other together - the threads of the tapestry, looping itself over and over, weaving through your hands and hearts.

In the shared silence, you begin to speak a language that transcends the limits of time and words. Your eyes, the windows to the deepest parts of your soul, convey your pain, hopes, dreams, and fear - laying them bare before the one who holds your red string in his palm.

Namjoon listened attentively, gaze unwavering, absorbing every unspoken word in your eyes. He nodded, understanding your emotions without the need for any explanations. A profound connection between the both of you - a bond that cannot be served by the limitations of language.

Without a word, Namjoon took your hands in his and closed around them. His warmth enveloped you as he brought your hands to his lips, and grounded you in the present moment. It was a silent reassurance that you were not alone, that your feelings mattered and were portrayed, and that he will always be there to support you and what you aim for.

In that shared world of vulnerability and understanding, a blanket of comfort and peace settled within you. The unspoken words slowly diminished into the thread itself, letting it glow brighter with each passing moment. It weaved into the tapestry of emotions - love, trust, and a deep sense of belonging. An unbreakable bond and a language only the both of you speak, the language of your heart in your worlds.

As the evening slowly turned to night, you remained locked in the unspoken embrace. The world continued to spin and move forward, but within the walls of that room, time seems to slow down - as if almost at a standstill. In the presence of Namjoon, you found solace and love and connection - a sanctuary where words were unnecessary and where the depths of your souls basked in the everlasting moonlight.

And as the lights of the city started to dim, leaving the world encased in darkness, yours shine brighter than ever. You realised that some bonds are so profound that can only be expressed in the language of the heart.
