Scales say I’m maintaining at 330. No gains this week BUT no losses either. Is that what’s called a balanced diet?

Oh you know what 400 lbs on you would be like. Youre gut wont be that little ball anymore. It might be "a little firm" up top, but your overhang will be soft. Your quads and hamstrings will be huge from lugging all that weight around everywhere. You'll need new clothes, destroying your currently "fitting" clothes
