Seems my belly is really spreading out now.
In the last week or so the side of my belly have really started to push outwards. It’s not lovehandles, it’s part of the belly itself!
I can fit my forearms under the side bulges now!

The Feeding Season is going well. Maintaining a minimum of 5000 cals a day, mostly from double cream.

I have a plan.
I am going to rename the Festive Season to the Feeding Season. So, from Thanksgiving through to New Years Day I plan to consume a minimum of 5000 calories a day and see what ‘damage’ I can do to myself.
I will also be trying to go for short walks daily. My cardio fitness has dropped off massively recently and while that kinda turns me on I have to be sensible and realistic. I won’t get to my 500lb goal if I’m struggling to breath at my current weight!
Any support would be gratefully received to keep those calories flowing and the body bulging.
