day 3: greatest fears ab weight loss 1. people trying to stop me 2. my metabolism slowing down, meaning I have to eat less 3. my friends not loving me any more  4. and also, ya know, dying. often, people try to scare me by telling me “YoUr FeRtIlItY WiLl sToP” which is kinda funny given the fact that i’ve said on multiple occasions, that I do not plan on having children at all ever but, go off janet.

- “i’ve been doing my best to excersize here and there, and it’s really helped a lot! (say you started speedwalking instead of walking normally, that helped for me)

so a while back my mom noticed i was losing “a lot” of weight and she would weigh me like once a week and constantly ask me a long with other people so here is a list of thing i said

- “i’ve cut out all junk food and sugary drinks from my life. except (random fattening snack, mine was cosmic brownies) cuz i just love them too much”

- “i have been drinking A LOT of water recently and it helps with keeping sodium out of your body which makes you bloated”

- “i’ve started eating only healthy food”

PLEASE ADD IF YOU HAVE MORE EXCUSES TO ADD

Hey ! I saw your post mentioning bringing laxatives to your grandma's house next time you visit and I just wanna tell you to be careful,, Laxative abuse can REALLY mess up your stomach and intestines so, while suffering from an ED isn't something you can really be "safe" about, either way just please be as careful as you can be : ( (I really hope this doesn't come off as rude or anything I just want you to be careful !!)
