Someone I considered a pretty good friend turned out to be really transphobic and, man :( I just feel torn up about this

She liked what was an extremely hateful and transphobic instagram reel of an old man harassing a trans woman in his store and the video was geared to be more sympathetic to HIS side (even though he was clearly harassing her and refusing to refer to her as a woman) and the comments were VERY clear as to the demographic the reel was catering to

…idk what to do :( I guess I should confront her about it but I’m nervous to

Sorry about the bummer post, this has just been something that’s been weighing me down since yesterday. I guess there’s always the possibility she accidentally liked it but I’m not too sure
