I’m a bit confused if you’re talking about the blog or just the AU so I’ll give you both answers, if you don’t mind.

For the blog, all the characters are free to talk to and will be introduced soon if you wish to talk to them, Rook and Leona are some of the examples.

And for the AU, I guess you could say that the show is still being developed. Crowley and Crewel suggested to try something new besides Barbie movies. But if you want to learn more, just ask again!

I would make Rook Chloe’s dad/Natalie but he’s already playing as Lady Bug. The closest character I have is Vargas for some reason.
