I want to cosplay Kurogiri, but I'm not sure how to approach making the headpiece

Using tulle for the black smokey thing is the best option I can think of, but I'm struggling to think of how the headpiece could work in terms of base and structure

If anyone has any ideas/suggestions for the head and/or hands, feel free to let me know! :))

28. I listen to a bunch of stuff. I've got a bunch of playlists for different themed shit lol. I like pop, alt, some rock, and a bunch if other genres that I can't name because they're weird. The only genres I almost always hate are country and rap (I hate Eminem's music cuz HES ALWAYS LATE WITH TIMING HIS WORDS WITH THE BEAT IT PISSES ME OFF SO MUCH)

I think my fav genre is likely kpop tho
