Some color study notes of mine that might be handy for others!
Ok ok. For some reason I can't stop looking at Undyne's pose in the first two panels.. I'm like.. so in love with it!!
I’ve gotten a lot of compliments on that panel, so I think I’ll let you guys in on a little secret.
I’ve got this program called DesignDoll… and basically you can pose a little 3D person however you want in it so…
I don’t always use them, but I do find them incredibly useful for planning out scenes. And trust me, you still need art skillz to make something look good even with DesignDoll’s help. And I find that DesignDoll isn’t very good for making poses for characters like Frisk and Monster Kid for example. Mostly I use it for Mettaton, whose character kind of requires an elite pose game.
