Coming home to you was always fun. He knew, of course. He had done so multiple times before, Mirio Togata.

You had a routine. He came home, usually bruised. You sat him down on the living room couch, and started to tend to his wounds.

While he could have gone to the hospital to get patched up, he preferred you, his wonderful wife.

But today was his off day. Putting his arms around you as you made dinner, for the both of him.

And being Mirio, he got an idea.

“Care for a dance?” You turn to see your husband, in a slight bow, hand in front of you.

You giggle, and take it, and he twirls you around the kitchen. It feels magical.

So you dance. Round and round.

The waltz. The Charleston. Old timey dances. You name it. Even the tango.

But, all good things have to come to an end.

For the soup is burning.

Oh, to be married to Mirio Togata is truly a wonderful thing.
