Consciousness Raised

As I stated before I was hacked on Facebook. My account was disabled and spammers now control my artist page with 71,000 followers and all my business contacts and have since 1/6. It was a $12,000 per year business and took me 5 years to build. Facebook doesn’t care and won’t listen because the hackers gained control of my account and did something (I still don’t know what) to put me in violation of FB “community standards” (I paint and post horse art, that’s all) before putting themselves in the admin role of my page and deleting my Instagram (2800 followers gone). They are posting Youtube videos on my page as part of a “Click Bait” scam. I have been screaming at Facebook, the FTC, the BBB (they at least forwarded the complaint) and the AG of California and responses very from silence to “what did you do?” to “get over it” and no one hears me.

I was publicly assaulted on a major platform and no one seemed to hear me or believe me or care or realise what an impact this had on me.

I’ve heard this before from other people but couldn’t put myself in their shoes.

Now I can.

I have an attorney who has reached out to Facebook but we haven’t heard back yet because as my attorney says Facebook doesn’t think an individual will sue because of Facebook’s money. They are wrong. I’ll be dropping $2000 to file next month. It will be like going up against a Klingon battle cruiser with a slingshot but the evidence is on my page ( https://www.facebook.com/equineartbystevemessenger ) and I can’t allow this fraud under my name to continue.

1. I don't own my own horse but I do ride. My current main horse is a very bad tempered old gelding named Medusa(aka Mandy). He's a weird one; bites, occasionally kicks, very smart and calm but scared of riders putting on backpacks/jackets while on his back, would probably kill a man for cheek rubs and is built more like a cow than a horse. He'll also jump just about anything from any angle and any speed, which is good because he leaves a lot to be desired in the accelerator department. Despite this, we're the dream team and kick ass together, though he's gotten a bit old for competition now. I love him to the moon and back.

2. I'm studying for a triple major in Marine Biology, Biology and Oceanography and intend to continue my studies as far as I can. In fact I'm using this very post to procrastinate stats(who still insist on using log() where they should be using ln())

3. My music taste is as odd as it is varied, but I always return to the heavier stuff. Metal is my home base.
