This might be a weird one. My spouse had a dream that there was a new cover of “I Will Survive,” but instead of the title line, the chorus was “No Kill I,” and it was performed by a beautiful disco Horta.

I want to encourage more such dreams. Could you commemorate this vision for him?

one thing about Jim is he is gonna have the time of his LIFE doing a little skit during a mission. He is going to do undercover espionage and put his WHOLE ASS into the costume alone (facial reconstruction surgery). He is going to commit to the bit so hard and loop so many people into his little improv theater production that it breaks down a functioning society of androids

Isn't it insane how the spirk girls (gender neutral) can just use actual screencaps as pose references like man what's this

That little character moment gets me every time I see that scene in For The World Is Hollow. After Bones wakes up after being zapped by the Oracle and Spock grabs his shoulder in support, he looks over to Jim in confusion and dawning suspicion, and then Jim with his sad puppydog eyes is just like, "...Spock knows..."

As if, yes, of course, Bones, it's just that Spock is just so intelligent and all-knowing with his Vulcan ways, that it's simply natural he'd have figured out that you have xenopolycythemia at this point...nothing to see here...

"Spock knows..."

I mean, it's certainly not "I told Spock because I was too upset to keep this information to myself for more than 30 seconds after you expressly told me to do you this one final favour." I would never, because I'm dealing with this super well.

"Spock knows..." my god...it's so mysterious...how could he POSSIBLY have obtained that information

no but I can't stop crying after having just watched all of the star trek tos crew films for the first time in a single day because the care and admiration and loyalty and absolute love that they all had for each other is something that I can't imagine ever being replicated and I don't want to acknowledge that this is the end, even though all things must end, and I just want to thank them for all of the joy they've given me
