When I say I’m childfree what I mean is I don’t want my own kids, but that doesn’t mean I hate kids.

But people seem to interpret the term childfree as meaning that I’m sitting on a throne of baby skulls angrily muttering “breeders”.

I can't stand people who are like "I don't like cats, they are so unpredictable and I don't trust them, dogs are so much better". First of all, cats are independent and have their own will which is so cool, but you just want someone to blindly love you. Second of all, having a real bond and friendship with a cat is so meaningful and special because it's actually earned by effort you put into the relationship. Cats are the most precious beings ever.
