If I'm Writing A Third-person, Reader-insert One Shot, Do Y'all Prefer The Reader/unnamed Character To

If I'm writing a third-person, reader-insert one shot, do y'all prefer the reader/unnamed character to purely be referred to as, like, "she" or "the lady", or is (Y/N) preferable?

It's been so long since I've written a one-shot, let alone a reader insert đŸ˜­

Any input would be much appreciated!
