After the two pirates had breakfast and bid the flowershop owners goodbye, they headed to their ship to check on their crew.

When they got there, they knew that there would be no work getting done that day. Almost the entire crew was in their sleeping quarters suffering from hangovers, with some that had drank less taking care of them.

"i say we give the crew a rest for today," Sapnap suggested to the ship captain, "even if we tried we wouldn't be able to get much work done anyways."

"i agree," dream said as he walked furthet into the room and adressed the crew. "alright everyone, it seems that the majority of us are hungover, so ill let everyone have a rest day today. Make sure to take care of yourselves and get lots of water," Dream announced to his crew. Sure, he was strict on his crew like his guardian, Puffy, but he was still kind and wanted the best for his crew.

"as for you," Dream said, turning on his heal towards his co-captain, "i think today would be a great day for you to ask your boyfriends out on a date. Hm?"

"oh! Im not sure if they would-" Sapnap started but was cut off.

"nonsense! Its obviouse that Karl loves you very much, and Quackity seems like a nice person once you get to know him. He seems familiar though" dream said, racking his brain for where he had seen the scarred man before.

"alright! Ill go change into something fresher and  grab some chocolate from a sweets shop in town. You think they'll like chocolate?" Sapnap started muttering to himself as he went to his personal quarters to grab a fresh pair of clothes and to freshen himself up for, hopefully, the date to come.

When George awoke, it was not a pleasent feeling. His eyes and nose hurt and his throat was sore, "probably a cold" was his thought, planning on powering it through, but Dream had other plans when he saw the shorter male.

Before George could greet his roomate, Dream was already pulling him back to his room and making him get back in bed.

"you're sick!" Dream said as he fretted over George, taking his temperature and getting him medicine.

"im fine! Just let me stream for a bit, they won't notice," George argued back as he was pampered by the blond.

"no your not, you are staying in bed today mister!" Dream scolded George, pushing him down and tucking him in before leaving to get something.

"who does that idiot think he is? Saying i can stream tomorrow, i do what i want!" George said as he sat up again, but that was a bad choice, as that is when the headaches started.

Pounding his skull like someone was hitting him with a hammer, he had to lay down for it to get any better, but it still consisted as George heard a door open, George hiding from the beam of light from the blocked doorway.

"i brought you breakfast," Dream said as he closed the door, bringing the tray over to George.

"ughhh, i can't eat like this," George winned as he hid himself more from any possible light source, including the blond.

"c'mon George, it will make you feel better," Dream reasoned with the bundle of blankets as he put the tray down, squatting to be level with the head poking out.

"mmmm, fine," George slowly sat up, his head continuing to pound and the barely there light hurting his eyes.

George ate the delicious breakfast with slight difficulty, Dream helping him where he could.

Once George had finished his breakfast, Dream grabbed the tray and left to put it in the sink and grab George some medicine.

After Dream grabbed the medicine for George, did he come back to the bed where George patiently waited for him. Once Dream handed the medicine to George, he took it, and George gagged at the taste of it.

"oh quit being a baby about it" Dream said as a smirk trailed across his face.

"Oh, whatever" George exclaimed while rolling his eyes.

Dream laid down next to George and got comfortable where he was when all of a sudden George rested his head on Dream's shoulder. Dream could feel himself get flustered but didn't say anything, he just slowly wrapped his arms around George and there they were, all alone together laying down with no distractions or anything, it was just them two, and no one else.
