↠ a/n : hi guys! Here’s a sneak peek and sort of intro to a series I had in mind. Let me know your thoughts and if I should continue! Also, this series won’t follow the actual storyline of the jjk manga/anime and takes place in a more fictional setting (descriptions of medieval Japan probably won’t be accurate for this reason)

The history behind the biggest clan feud in the Jujutsu sorcery world, began with a simple but tragic story of romance.

The tale takes place 600 years ago, in the year 1421, medieval Japan. The two sorcerer clans, the Gojo clan of power and prestige, and the Phoenix clan of red eyes and fire, had never had good relations.

The Gojo clan believed themselves to be the ultimate jujutsu sorcerers and refused to get involved with any clan of lower status. Although powerful, the Phoenix clan did not have the wealth or reputation of the Gojo’s, and were often a source of their mockery at clan meetings. For these reasons, members of each clan did not look favorably upon the opposing group of people.

The real hatred between each other, though, was set off by something much darker.

This hatred would continue for hundreds of years after, up until the present year of 2021, where the last living member of the Phoenix clan, stands, as a teacher at Tokyo Metropolitan Curse Technical College.

It was a little cold, you were sitting around waiting for Ijichi to pick you up after you were done fighting a curse. Your boyfriends coat covering your shoulders even though you told him you're fine. He’s sitting few feet away from you, his tie still wrapped around his hand, holding a cigarette in the other hand. Looking at him, you were thinking about how hot he looks while smoking. When he noticed you staring at him, he looked at you wondering if there was something wrong. You blushed and looked away “ I was just wondering.. aren't you feeling cold?” You asked, since his sleeves were rolled up and his shirt was unbuttoned “No I’m really good” he smiled at you.

Nanami inhaled some smoke, You kept watching him as his chest moves while he exhale “I don't see you smoking often” nanami blew the smoke out of his mouth and looked at you “It's a bad habit so I'm trying to get rid of it... It isn’t easy though” Nanami said as he continued smoking. Your eyes didn’t leave him, when he removed the cigarette out of his mouth, tapped the cigar twice for the ashes to fall when he suddenly asked you “Wanna try it?” The question was unexpected. You weren’t sure whether to accept or not, but his hand was already in front of your mouth, the cigarette between his index and thumb. You looked at him and put your lips around the cigarette nervously “slowly. don’t inhale a lot”, he said, watching you carefully. You inhaled a tiny amount before moving away quickly and opening your mouth to let the smoke out , your eyes teared up a bit. Nanami giggled at your reaction “don’t like it?” “It taste just like how it smells” .he patted your head with a slight smile on his features “Smoking is not suitable for little girls” You felt shy at what he said as his finger wipes the tears in corner of your eye. You’re watching him inhaling some smoke. His hand cupped your face when he got closer to you. His lips are pressed against yours while he blows the smoke out of his mouth. The nicotine smells and tastes bad, but somehow nanami makes it better. It only took a few minutes before Ijichis arrival. Nanami got up, his hand reached yours as you both headed to the car.
