It occurred to me that in tfa swap. Sentinel and Optimus change roles the maintenance team, i think would be sentinel.

Jazz, since he is an elite but as the sentinel he showed to be someone slightly irresponsable, Ultra Magnus assigned jazz to guarantee the safety of all spark and the crew.

Wasp, that in this au it was shown that he was not a traidor but that stain was letf on his reputation and that is why he is in the maintenance team.

I am not sure if Jazz would be on the maintenance or not since we don't know that much about his backstory and or if Sentinel effect it in anyway. If Ulta Magnus think Sentinel isn't responsible to be the Captain, he probably give Sentinel a minor role in the maintenance crew (like maybe cleaning durty) and give the Captain role to somebody else. Maybe the Captain could be Rodimus since remember originally Rodimus was going have Sentinel's personality and to be in Sentinel's place before the show decided to change it since they worry it would upset Rodimus fans. How Rodimus end up as captain of a maintenance crew is completely up to your imagination. Just know that Rodimus isn't on his team in this au. Plus it would interesting to see how Rodimus would hand things as captain along with his interactions with the rest of the crew including Sentinel.

Last question (for now) sentinel, seeing optimus for the first time, would i hate him or be somewhere in the middle?

How would elita and Optimus react to the loss of their sentinel? Would Optimus again blame himself? Would there be a considerable change due to the absence of Sentinel? How would both react to knowing that Sentinel is still alive?

Considering that there a implication Elita and Sentinel were dating. I feel like Elita would be completely devastated from the loss of Sentinel that she started to isolate her from other even to those who are closest to her like Optimus.

Since without Sentinel she feels lost and she can't move, everything just feel so empty without Sentinel being there. So this Elite is cold and distance towards everyone she meet.

Optimus is also sad from the lose of Sentinel yet is unable to show it properly, perhaps this why Elita decided to isolate herself from Optimus since she thinks Optimus doesn't care for the lost of their friends due to lack of genuine emotions that Optimus express. Perhap that why Optimus took the blame for the accident in this au since he feels like he could of done more to prevent the death of his friend and this is a way to show Elita that he does care about the death of his blue friend

Let's just say Elita and Optimus's relationship is very awkward in this au since they don't really know what to say to each other.

Now for their reaction to Sentinel still being alive

Optimus would be completely shocked finding out that spider thing is actually his old academy Buddy. He would be a very judgemental towards Sentinel/Webshot when he found out that he working for Lockdown ( I can imagine him being very judgemental of Sentinel's new name too, I can even imagine him low-key giggling at the new name )

Elita might be more shocked than Optimus when she found out that Webshot is actually Sentinel, to a point that she might even have a bit of panic attack yet she is revive to see him alive again yet probably not be so happy finding out he working for Lockdown.
