eddie would make fun of richie’s relentlessly for accidentally introducing him as eddie tozier until eddie accidentally introduces HIMSELF as eddie tozier

he’d make fun of richie for it to try and cover up the fact that it actually made him super flustered (“how did you even mix that up its not even like tozier and kaspbrak sound anything alike lmao imagine if i called you richie kaspbrak”) (cue richie getting flustered). but eddie thinks abt it all the time so its easy for him to slip up the next time he introduces himself, since ‘eddie tozier’ is stuck in his brain. the thing is, richie isnt even there when eddie says it. so its almost not that embarrassing at all. almost, because eddie realises his mistake too late and doesnt get to correct himself. and so the next time he sees that person, theyre like ‘hey, eddie tozier, right?’ and eddie Dies because richie is right next to him,  caught between looking confused and grinning like a fucking madman. (he might also be blushing at the thought of eddie calling himself that on purpose)
