stoked for Terry. at this point I think sure, why not? New series, 9 years since we heard him in-universe (besides dramarama), makes no difference and I can wait to hear people impersonate the old voice. Terry's a cool guy, he knows the character better than most. I don't even want an impersonation. Just give Terry a script and say "we trust you"

I'd like to take this opportunity to remind everyone that there are real people behind these allegations: all the people who came forward regarding Christian Potenza's behaviour, those who were affected but did not/do not feel comfortable coming forward, Christian Potenza himself, and everyone involved with the show.

While the OP for the allegations has now stated she was referring to Potenza, she only did so after multiple people online began fishing for info and prying into the situation. There are still people wanting to get in touch with her to press her about the hair colour stated in her original post. The fucking hair colour of all things!

There is zero reason for fans to be inserting themselves into the drama. None at all. No, Potenza and Fresh TV haven't made an official statement about the situation. Maybe they will, maybe they won't. They don't owe you an explanation. That doesn't mean you need to go snooping for reasons just to satisfy your own curiosity.

All we need to know about this is that Terry McGurrin is taking over as Chris and new seasons are coming. That's it. Let the authorities and whoever else is actually involved in the allegations deal with them. Let Fresh TV deal with Christian Potenza how they see fit, presuming they're still associated with him at all.

I know people are scared and upset about what Potenza has potentially been doing behind the scenes but at the end of the day we don't know him and we are not involved ourselves. Let the people involved deal with this in peace, stop digging for more info, stop harassing people who've gone public against Potenza.

Instead please support your friends and fellow fans who have been affected by assault themselves. Comfort them and lend them an ear while all this crap litters their dashboards and their messages. Call out people who are making inappropriate jokes and trying to justify unsafe behaviour. Let people process their emotions as they dissociate Potenza from their favourite characters, their comfort characters.

i think its so funny how when the new cast was revealed everyone (myself included) was like “OMG AXEL!! OMG NICHELLE!! oh, priya and millie? yeah they look sweet but they’re definitely early-mid season boots.” and then. 

Not maintagging this but please PLEASE try not to come to conclusions so fast. I have no doubt about the allegations to a certain voice actor being real but what we're not sure about is if Christian is the VA said allegations are directed to. If it is him it is awful beyond words but if it isn't there's an extremely real chance people are ruining the reputation and possibly the career of an innocent man thanks to pure speculation.

My heart goes out to the people who were victims of abuse from this VA, regardless of who the VA is in question.
