I'd Like To Take This Opportunity To Remind Everyone That There Are Real People Behind These Allegations:

I'd like to take this opportunity to remind everyone that there are real people behind these allegations: all the people who came forward regarding Christian Potenza's behaviour, those who were affected but did not/do not feel comfortable coming forward, Christian Potenza himself, and everyone involved with the show.

While the OP for the allegations has now stated she was referring to Potenza, she only did so after multiple people online began fishing for info and prying into the situation. There are still people wanting to get in touch with her to press her about the hair colour stated in her original post. The fucking hair colour of all things!

There is zero reason for fans to be inserting themselves into the drama. None at all. No, Potenza and Fresh TV haven't made an official statement about the situation. Maybe they will, maybe they won't. They don't owe you an explanation. That doesn't mean you need to go snooping for reasons just to satisfy your own curiosity.

All we need to know about this is that Terry McGurrin is taking over as Chris and new seasons are coming. That's it. Let the authorities and whoever else is actually involved in the allegations deal with them. Let Fresh TV deal with Christian Potenza how they see fit, presuming they're still associated with him at all.

I know people are scared and upset about what Potenza has potentially been doing behind the scenes but at the end of the day we don't know him and we are not involved ourselves. Let the people involved deal with this in peace, stop digging for more info, stop harassing people who've gone public against Potenza.

Instead please support your friends and fellow fans who have been affected by assault themselves. Comfort them and lend them an ear while all this crap litters their dashboards and their messages. Call out people who are making inappropriate jokes and trying to justify unsafe behaviour. Let people process their emotions as they dissociate Potenza from their favourite characters, their comfort characters.

I've mostly been talking about it on twitter but uhh I have opinions on the new season!! It was good and nothing like I'd expected it to be. The vomit and fart episodes are not canon to me. I love Millie and Bowie and Raj and like just all of the cast honestly and can't wait for season 2. Here's my personal tier list on them

People assuming nichelle is the villain because she seemed "uninterested" in her team are uh... Huh. Nichelle literally has the same facial expression as most of her team. I literally see nothing antagonistic about her. Julia sure. But Nichelle?? Nah.

bowie is the best total drama villain simply because he was able to scheme his way to the finale and have a healthy relationship at the same time. nobody’s doing it like him
