Hi guys, I received some very upsetting news last night. My best friend, Annika, and her mum have been given three months to vacate the house they’re renting. Annika lost her dad a few years ago and her mother is disabled, leaving her unable to work and having to survive on a single mother’s pension. Annika also suffers from celiac disease, which means her body can’t process gluten. Because of this she has a very expensive diet and between saving up to move out and buying gluten-free foods they have very little money for Flopsy. Flopsy is Annika’s therapy rabbit to help her severe depression. They need to immunise Flopsy against the Calcivirus strain the government is releasing to cull wild rabbits.
