Hi! I don't know if I have any "rules" per se, but the character(s) requested for ships should be cannon characters and no underage pairings of course

I ship you with Sam Winchester! Now im only on the first season of the show so I may be wrong about his type, but I think he would be attracted to you physically (yes I know Jessica was blonde but yknow). Your interest in reading would greatly appeal to Sam and the fact you love mysteries is something he loves as well, and you'll often stroke his hair while he talks about a new case with you and you do your best to offer a new perspective that he may have not considered. Your love for learning is something Sam would adore, and he'd love to listen about whatever new topic of interest you've researched lately before going into detail about one of the many creatures he's read about in his dad's diary. Seeing you and Dean bond over your music taste would make him grumble (why couldn't you like his music instead?) but also smile at the fact the two most important people in his life get along so well. He understands your love for adventure and if you didn't have any obligations to stay at home he would encourage you to tag along with him and his brother while they travel from state to state- but he keeps you far away from their hunting careers. Call him old fashioned, but he sleeps better at night knowing you're safely tucked away in his hotel room rather than out risking your life like they are. After losing Jessica he develops some overprotective behaviors with you, but it comes from a good place. Sam is definitely the type to come home with flowers for you on a random Tuesday as a "just because" and he would be able to match the love for romance you bring to the table. Bonding for you two would involve curling up in a hotel bed together and watching tv for hours, or having a picnic by a lake (as long as there isn't a monster in there). I could see you both meeting after Dean tries (and fails) to hit on you, and Sam swoops in with a sheepish smile as he apologizes for his brother's behavior. It's a bit awkward at first, but you two click easily- and Dean insists he won't let Sam into the car if he doesn't get your number first. ♡

Cuddles During Movie Night

(I don't know how I feel about this but I can't sleep so I'm writing, not proofread)

Work isn't easy for you, and while the day to day routine helps keep the wheels turning, some days are harder than others. You had tried so hard to keep things running smooth but everything seemed to go wrong today. You caught yourself typing and promptly deleting about a dozen messages to your boyfriend to vent about your day- but always backed out of it before pressing send. You promised yourself you would stick it out for the rest of the day and share it later on when you were home. Now, while pushing the front door open of your shared home, talking about what was bothering you felt like the last thing you should do. You push the door closed behind you with your foot and walk over to the living room, feeling the way your shoulders already slump in relief at the sight of your boyfriend. He turns away from the show he had been passively watching for the last hour or so; immediately knowing you needed a quiet night. He's off of the couch and guiding you to sit down instead before you can protest with a simple “you alright lovie?”. You shake your head no, and he sits down next to you- draping your legs over his lap and rubbing the soles of your feet to ease some of your tension. “You wanna tell me about it, or do you need a distraction?” You nod in agreement to the second part of his question, and he nods before sliding you into his lap- blanket wrapped around you and thumbs rubbing soothing circles to your hips. He changes the show for your favorite movie instead-presses kisses to your shoulder while you give your attention to the movie. “It's alright love, it'll be okay,” he murmurs against your skin and you sink further into his embrace. He presses kisses to your skin and whispers loving words until you fall asleep against his chest, your stresses of the day fading away to a warmer feeling instead.
