Cuddles During Movie Night

(I don't know how I feel about this but I can't sleep so I'm writing, not proofread)

Work isn't easy for you, and while the day to day routine helps keep the wheels turning, some days are harder than others. You had tried so hard to keep things running smooth but everything seemed to go wrong today. You caught yourself typing and promptly deleting about a dozen messages to your boyfriend to vent about your day- but always backed out of it before pressing send. You promised yourself you would stick it out for the rest of the day and share it later on when you were home. Now, while pushing the front door open of your shared home, talking about what was bothering you felt like the last thing you should do. You push the door closed behind you with your foot and walk over to the living room, feeling the way your shoulders already slump in relief at the sight of your boyfriend. He turns away from the show he had been passively watching for the last hour or so; immediately knowing you needed a quiet night. He's off of the couch and guiding you to sit down instead before you can protest with a simple “you alright lovie?”. You shake your head no, and he sits down next to you- draping your legs over his lap and rubbing the soles of your feet to ease some of your tension. “You wanna tell me about it, or do you need a distraction?” You nod in agreement to the second part of his question, and he nods before sliding you into his lap- blanket wrapped around you and thumbs rubbing soothing circles to your hips. He changes the show for your favorite movie instead-presses kisses to your shoulder while you give your attention to the movie. “It's alright love, it'll be okay,” he murmurs against your skin and you sink further into his embrace. He presses kisses to your skin and whispers loving words until you fall asleep against his chest, your stresses of the day fading away to a warmer feeling instead.

Personality: I’m very shy and awkward around at first, but once I’m comfortable with someone I’ll warm up to them fast. I’m also more talkative, bubbly, giggly, sarcastic and a tad bit moody. I can also be mischievous and cause some chaos when I’m bored. I also suffer from anxiety and depression, so I need Simeon who can be patient and understanding. I hate confrontation, so I’ll avoid it as much as possible. I’m not a physical person as touching makes me anxious at times. But I’m very touchy and affectionate with loved ones. I can be social if I want, but I’d rather keep to myself and stay home. Sometimes I don’t act my age because of how playful and youthful I come across. I REALLY love all things horror related, even though some of it keeps me up at night. I enjoy drawing and listening to music/podcasts on my freetime!

I ship you with Luther! Going to be honest, I got halfway through reading this and was already thinking about him- so its meant to be! Luther has been known to display some social anxiety, so the first initial meetings between you two may me a bit awkward- but once you both get past the initial nerves you'll find out you both have alot in common.luther is dependable and loyal- and he can be the rock you need when you're struggling, and you can be the spark of excitement he needs in his life when things get a bit too dull. After spending so much time alone, Luther has learned to prefer being a homebody, and you're the perfect person to curl up with each night. Like I said earlier, luther has been known to have some nervous behavior in social settings- so he's perfectly content with sitting next to you tucked in a little corner while others party and socialize. He's much better company anyways. Luther has been shown to like women with a more feminine touch, so your playful/ youthful behavior will always be met with a warm smile and a patient hand gently guiding you back home. Luther tries to avoid conflict for the most part, so "fights" between you two will usually result in him apologizing and scooping you back into his arms. Luther would love to watch you express yourself creatively and he doesn't mind listening to your podcasts with you, even if it's something about he's not interested in- it's a reminder that he's not alone and that you're right there by his side, both physically and emotionally. I think you would bring out the best in him, and he would do his best to solve every problem of yours- and anything that he can't he'll be sure to make it up to you with sweet gestures to take your mind off of it all. ♡

I love kids and recently got a job as a children's librarian! I'm obsessed with all things fashion; I mostly wear dresses and a lot of gold jewelry. I've been a huge Swiftie for a long time and evermore (the album) has a special place in my heart. One of my hobbies outside of work is writing; in my free time I've been working on a fantasy novel! I ship you with Ben! I was reading this through and thought of Ben before anyone else, so let me give an idea on why I think you two would work together well. Ben is usually often exasperated constantly dealing with his brother klaus's shenanigans, so seeing you thrive in a setting that also has you be a caretaker for reckless/impulsive people (because let's be honest as much as I adore klaus he's not the best at thinking before acting, and that can be seen as childish) and if you're good at keeping a level head even with all the chaos, he'll admire you greatly for it. Ben clearly has a clear idea on what his style is and likes to express that, so your love for fashion will be one of the many things he finds endearing about you- and he has no problem listening to you for hours as you talk about the new project you want to work on or the fashion runaway that caught your eye this month. It's not like the afterlife is giving him new forms of entertainment, and the sound of your voice is better than anything else the world could offer to him. Ben is very often times a pessimistic person due to how much he prefers critical thinking, but I think your optimistic perspective towards things would help him feel like the worst case scenario isn't always the only case. Ben isn't big on physical affection either (for obvious reasons) so bonding between you two will often involve him sitting near by and quietly watching you write or occasionally adding commentary if you get stuck on something. You're a bit of a people pleaser and ben is anything but that so while ben would encourage you to stand up for yourself more, he would also have to learn when to back down from an arguement and let you have your way- the last thing he ever wants to do is make you cry. I could see you two meeting one day when Klaus comes into the library you work at and both Ben and Klaus are shocked when you turn to Ben and greet him with a smile- speaking to someone that was invisible to everyone else but Klaus and now you. Ben's initial shock would turn into fascination, and he'll find every excuse possible to visit the library for another glimpse of you- even if you both know he can't hide away from you like he can with everyone else ♡
