Reality is already being dominated by male species, let us woman have the fan fiction community. I hate when writer is like 'Fem DNI' like?? I get that it's preference, but fuck off honestly.

Let women enjoy their things without dragging male into it. They're already annoying in rl, i don't want to hear them whining on the internet.

It's a free story. Just be grateful that the writer are even allowing you to read it in the first place.

Writers don't owe you shit.

Stop whining about how writers need to be inclusive for the audience. Sure it'll be great and awesome if they do, but don't fucking force them.

Some are more comfortable writing a specific gender or specific sexuality or specific race. Some writer are most comfortable with writing reader as an extension of themselves. Like a self insert of self indulge fic.

Some might even feel comfortable with writing reader as oc. And that's fine. You didn't pay for it. The writer didn't ask for your money in exchange for that fic. IT'S FREE.

You can ask them to tag their fic properly but to demand them to change the fic? It's bonkers.

You guys are way too comfortable on the internet. You're acting like the rich. Ew.

I saw someone spreading hates on a writer blog's inbox and got mad in their place lol. Also, commission are obviously not included in this rant. Those are different.

Mermaid AU!

Mermaid AU!Robin x Human Reader

Characters: Robin, Sunday

Info: You find them lying on the beach after they’ve been injured & bring them back to your house

- As you walked along the beaches of Penacony, you noticed Robin on the ground injured

- So, you carried her back to your house. You ended up leaving her in the bathtub so her tail would be hydrated while you helped her wounds

- When she wakes up she trusts you… Shes a bit worried that you took her away but you did heal her, she feels better when you tell her you will return her when shes healed

- Eventually, she returned back home

- Robin often comes up from the waters to try and find you, when she does she offers various trinkets that she finds underwater

- Swimming together!! She loves when you join her for a swim, even if your not a mermaid like her

- When Sunday found out his sister was seeing a human, he went to go confront her & threaten you

- Humans have hurt mermaids in the past, so it’ll take a while for him to get used to you

- But eventually Robin convinces him you’re one of the nicer ones :)

- You also have daily meetings (or bi-daily)

- Mainly spend your time talking or swimming

- You also bought scuba gear & a boat to be able to swim to her house

- Loves when you cuddle up against her tail too, it feels nice for her

- Does not trust you once you find him

- Sunday thinks humans are all bad since they hurt mermaids

- It will take a lot of convincing to make sure you won’t hurt him, he’s lying in your bathtub but he won’t even let you in the room without trying to slice you with his fingernails

- Though he is a lot weaker since he’s injured and out of water, he knows he’s at a disadvantage with that

- Plus hes awake 24/7 since he thinks you plan on killing him

- As for how you end up convincing him you’re only trying to heal him… You don’t in a way

- When hes asleep you bandage his wounds (mind you its been days since you first brought him so they’ve gotten worse too)

- When he wakes up hes already lying down at the beach, drifting off into water, he hears you speak “You’re all healed up so go back to your family. Do be careful the next time you get injured”

- Robin is also there waiting for him which he goes with her

- When you go to the beach the next few times he watches you from afar before slowly inviting you to swim with him

- When you do hes still very cautious but ends up taking a liking to you

hello! may I req platonic blade comforting teen!reader who is scared of thunder?

“Thunderstorm again, isn't It?” (no cws - wc: 543, platonic/comfort/fluff, gn reader)

Thunderstorms — something you absolutely despised. You didn't mind the rain at all, but the loud booms of thunder make you shiver a bit. Maybe it was silly for a Stellaron Hunter to be scared of thunderstorms, but you didn't care.

You huddled under your blanket in your room, thankful you didn't have any missions from Elio to carry out. Your door opening startled you a bit, and at the same time another loud boom came from outside, the rain pounding on your window.

“Blade?” you question, his face only being lit up from your bedside lamp. Blade comes in and gently shuts your door, all while looking at you.

It almost looked like he had something to tell you, but he saw your shivering figure under the blankets and sighed.

“It’s the thunderstorm again, isn't it?” Blade was always straightforward — not wasting any time to get to the point.

You look away from him, eyes on the ground. You give a small nod in reply, a flash of lighting from your window before another loud boom of thunder reaches you. You squeeze your eyes shut in response.

Blade sighs, walking up to you and sitting on your bed, it sinking under his added weight. “Get up,” he says, hands resting on his lap as he looks at you with his usual frown and furrowed brows.

While questioning his intentions, you reluctantly sit up from your bed and look at Blade, curiosity shining in your eyes. He signals with his head to come closer, and as you are, yet another loud boom is heard and you cling onto Blade, startled — he was the closest thing to you anyways.

You felt him tense up a bit, and you pull away from him slowly. “Sorry, Blade, you were the closest thing to me so-” you're stopped by the gaze of Blade, his face seemed to have softened.

“I do not care for such small things,” he says as he looks you in the eyes. You swallow nervously as you hug Blades torso, head resting on his shoulder.

Blade did not know what to do with his arms, but looking at you, he decided to wrap one arm around your torso, his thumb gently stroking your shoulder as an attempt to comfort you.

Being in someone else's embrace was nice, especially during a thunderstorm like this. You begin to get tired, focusing on Blades slow, a bit irregular breaths. It was expected from someone like him, he was essentially dead man walking.

While drifting on the brink of sleep, you feel a hand on your head. Blade's thumb was still gently rubbing your shoulder, so you could only assume it was Blade's other hand that was also gently stroking your hair.

Blade was the last person you expected comfort from — nonetheless from a thunderstorm. You had expected to be told off by him, you were a teenager and a Stellaron Hunter, “get yourself together,” (he would never say or do such a thing).

As you finally fall asleep, Blade keeps his eyes on you. If anyone were to look at the Hunters face, he seemed to have a ghost of a smile and a gentle look in his eyes as he held you in his arms.
