The result was that the last strip didn't come out as planned, the order of the panels was also messed up. I redid it today so that it makes more sense. This time it's from left to right, obviously - Plo taking off his mask for a rest. My headcanon is that the tubes connecting his sensory organs are actually his tendrils, extendable and retractable out and in of the sensory organs as needed <3

it's amazing to see how CF99 goes from having zero trust in Echo's skills or loyalty, to zero doubt in him completing his mission -- and, arguably, their single most important mission to boot. (this was their best, and probably last, chance to find Tantiss base. and they had 100% trust and confidence that Echo would come through for them in this pivotal moment.)
