I'm working on the other chapters but I'm struggling to write. Any tips for knowing how to write a characters lines to keep them sounding in character?

I spent a week drawing this and I am so proud of myself! Chapter 16 may be short but I think it is by far my favourite chapter that I wrote. (Link to the fic is the title of this post)

I haven't updated any of my fics this week. The reason is that I've currently hit a block because I am not good at writing violent scenes. I can't decide if I want to keep the scene or get rid of it so I'm stuck in this limbo where I have the start of chapter 21 of both fics written but can't continue because without that scene I can't write what happens next.
