I wrote out all of my feelings about the Owl House when I first watched it and for negatives I wrote “episode plots are predictable” and “the blush is too pink”
I really dislike how pink the blush is

Lumity! Animatic!

Me telling my friends to watch the owl house for its gay rep even tho there isnt any and its only a ship (lumity) that has no proof of being actually real in a cartoon produced by D*sney
Amity x House is my favorite ship

Preparing memes for if Lumity isn't canon
(this is a joke pls don't unfollow me)
How long would you say it takes you to fully flesh out a story? I’m just curious on how you prepare so much detail for your stories. And also, how do you go about making interesting characters? How do you shape their personality with the few experiences/traumas you have planned for them? (I hope that makes sense?)
I don’t think I have a single FULLY-fleshed out story lmao yall are giving me too much credit. I have some parts of the story fleshed out, but not all.
How do I make interesting characters - shove your own issues into them, that usually works haha. Also, give them flaws, give them biases, give them a GOAL, study basic psychology (not the super difficult stuff but like at least development of morality), base them off of people you personally know, stuff like that.
more under cut
Sometimes, I use a certain specific things or trait and apply it to the character and use it as a base start and build off of that. For example, the specific thing is: obsession with money. Now build off of it - why are they obsessed with money? Did their family/environment influence that? What do they DO with money? And soon instead of ‘obsessed with money’ you might get ‘someone who is materialistic and seeks stability through physical possessions and investments such as housing, careers and family. They might see things like people and relationships as transactions, but that is only because they believe that in every single interaction every party must give in order to gain They are like this because their parents survived off of a small business and...’ yadda yadda yadda you make up the rest
