So more thought on that :D and why I think it'll work like a charm.

In the book (yes I read those that's why I'm allowed to shit on it) Pen slow down herself the gossip during her book.

Thing is

She defenitly ain't slowing down in the second part of the season. (But if anything I do hope she stop doing it and use her talent for something else than destroying reputation.) Wich could mean she abruptly stop and that would defenitly ruin the tempo of the season.

Here enters Eloise. As Cressida married Lord Debbling, and is learning to tend to the estate, she cannot come to the season. Eloise would then start sending her the gossip so Cressida knows what's happening (actually it's because she misses her and do not know how to communicate it). THING IS Eloise is terrible with gossip, she's not excactly good at reading people is she ?

Wich leaves us with an unreliable narrator (gaps dramaticly) as we slowly start to notice leaving us with a lot of frustration and tension. Excactly how Cressida feels about Eloise ! In the end of the first a,d the start second part of the series she makes it clear to Eloise who slowly slow downs the gossip, talking more about herself, so we see less and less of the narrator. Thus leaving us with a natural transition of the Bridgertons without Lady Whistledown

Man I cannot wait to be done with exams because I have t h o u g h t s to share about Bridgerton.

Starting with talking about wtf I have seen and saw spoiler of with Benedict (I have already rewrote the scene with the Mondrich). Following by Eloise because what the fuckkkk did they do with her ?!? And then Polin (didn't like them in the book, don't like them in the show) and obviously Michaela.

And you slowly see the tension builds as Cressida doesn't care about the gossip she wants to hear about ELOISE thus making a slow transition were in the end we haven't goy any gossip anymore.
