“Yeah. O-our bed.” She sighed and hugged Tia, falling into the comfort she represented, the love she had become.
Rumor has it...you’ll be in my bed tonight? *Milli blushes adorably*
“Our bed.”

(( Gonna answer for Milli since I’m starting to play her again! ))
“Mama...” the call was soft, wavering, and Milli tensed over the delicate soldering she was doing on the custom pistol. Carefully, she set down her tools so that nothing would catch fire or fall and break when she left. “Coming, my loves,” she called back, wiping her hands as she hurried through the apartment. Her daughters were both sick and she had a rather expensive order due the next day. “Yes, baby?” she asked, looking at Zahra. Taliyah seemed to be asleep still.
“I want some water. Cold water, please?”
Milli nodded and kissed her forehead, subtly taking her temperature. Still too warm, but not as bad as the night before. She rushed down the stairs to the kitchen, pulling the ice cubes out of the cooling unit she had installed beneath the sink. Her hands were shaking, she was moving too fast, trying to do too much at once.
The engineer stopped, turned away from the sink and took a deep breath, concentrated on the outside beyond the curtains of her window. It was overcast, but she could see the sky. That was good. Important. She could do this, she reassured herself. She was capable.
Then with calmer, more controlled movements, she got her daughter a cold drink and took it upstairs. When she was settled, Milli returned to her work, intent and focused but less frazzled. She would have time for that in the evening, when she could take a warm bath and relax.
