You know how in "Improbable Cause", Garak says he'll drop the fancy chocolates off at the Infirmary later and Julian is like "I'd like that" without questioning it. And then he does do it (but we don't see it). So how common is it by this point for Garak to drop off little romantic gifts for Julian at the Infirmary?

I doubt this would be the last time Garak does this.

How do these drop-offs happen? Does he take them straight to Julian's office, and the other doctors/nurses don't question him? Or do they ask him why he's there and he just silently holds up the gift? Does he try to sneakily drop it off at the front area, and the person who sees him or the gift sighs and calls for Julian to come get it? 😆

I saw someone say that the uh. Lighting director??? Would sometimes intentionally cast Kelley's face in the same soft lighting that the female actors would get and I can't find a source on that cus I'm really bad at googling lol. But this will be one of the things I keep a lookout for upon my inevitable star trek rewatch.
