Bone-shaped fig macarons for Halloween!
Look at this delicious box of bones. I was worried that they wouldn’t bake evenly, or that something would go wrong and they’d come out looking like something I couldn’t bring to a party swarming with small children. All in all, an overwhelming success.
So I work as a part-time cake decorator. Yesterday, towards the end of my shift, a customer wanted ‘Happy Anniversary’ written on a cake.
I am not a good speller, I asked the customer how to spell anniversary.
I ended up writing happy annivery on the cake.
Thankfully it was one of the frozen cakes, so I was able to scrape off the misspelling and fix it, but...yeah. That happened. x.x
It is October!
That means Halloween cakes! So. Many. Halloween cakes.
I realized just how tired I was when I was legitimately concerned that the ghost cake might be offensive to ghosts for a brief moment.
The true danger to petting a werewolf, there is no escape from that level of fluff.
BUAHAHAHAHA, it’s done!
